Rural construction has always been one of the key projects of our country's social development,and the countryside is the foundation of modernization and urbanization.Since the eighteen National People's Congress,the general secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the new countryside construction and the beautiful countryside construction,and has put forward many new ideas and new measures.In the nineteen major report,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization." The problem of agricultural and rural farmers is the fundamental problem related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.It must always be the most important task to solve the problem of "three rural" as a whole party work.The Hunan provincial government put forward the plan of beautiful countryside construction in 2014.The overall goal of the reform plan is to build beautiful,livable country,which is pastoral beauty,village beauty and life beauty.In response to the call for the practice and exploration of the construction of beautiful countryside in all parts of the city,Yongzhou has made some achievements.However,because the beautifull countryside construction is a long-term huge project,it needs a lot of capital investment.However,there is a large gap between Yongzhou municipal revenue and limited capital investment in beautiful countryside construction,which hinders the development of Yongzhou to a certain extent.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the financial support of Yongzhou City,the beautiful countryside construction,taking the city of Yongzhou financial services subject to a single business,service scope of financial institutions are not covered,current situation of industry development lag of case analysis,put forward the financial support of weak financial foundation,lack of financial capital demand supply,the authority of financial institutions is small the problem of lack of credit,financial environment,and put forward to increase the financial support of government,increase financial support for the leading financial institutions,strengthen construction of rural credit environment,increase the beautiful village diversified Countermeasures of resource utilization characteristics.I hope to make a contribution to the construction of the beautiful countryside in Yongzhou.
