Study Of Cultivating Military-civilian Integration In UAV Industry By Chengdu Government

The concept of military-civilian integration originated in the United States,and then began to spread around the world.It has become a trend in developed countries.In 2017,China officially integrated the military and civilian integration into a national strategy and launched a comprehensive process of military-civilian integration.Chengdu Government,by the guidance of the military-civilian integration strategy and combined with the advanced experience at home and abroad,has carried out the work of cultivating the UAV industry of military-civilian integration in an all-round way.By now,the Chengdu Government has achieved initial results in cultivating the military-civilian integration of the UAV industry,while also encountered some problems in the process.Taking Chengdu Government as an example,this thesis studies the strategies,ways and problems of the Chengdu Government in cultivating the military-civilian integration UAV industry,to explore ways for our government to cultivate the civil military integration industry.Taking the cultivation of military-civilian integration in UAV industry in Chengdu as a sample,this thesis had studied the strategies,methods and problems of cultivating military-civilian integration in UAV industry in Chengdu by using the methods of literature study,comparative analysis and SWOT analysis.This paper has summarized the problems existing in the government's cultivation of military-civilian integration UAV industry,and on this basis puts forward some operational suggestions to improve the government's cultivation of military-civilian integration UAV industry.The 1st chapter has discussed the background,significance and research status,and expounded the related concepts and theoretical basis.The main research methods and technical routes of this paper have been clarified.The 2nd chapter has introduced the historical evolution of military-civilian integration in China,the characteristics of military-civilian integration in UAV industry,and the typical characteristics of cultivating military-civilian integration in UAV industry by Chengdu government.The 3rd chapter has described the case of the Chengdu government cultivating the military-civilian integration in UAV industry.The 4th chanpter has analyzed the cultivation of military-civilian integration in UAV industry in Chengdu by the means of SWOT,and clearfied the advantages and disadvantages that Chendu Government has encountered.The 5th Chapter has analyzed the principles and stratages adopted by the Chengdu government in the process of cultivating military-civilian integration in UAV industry.The 6th Chapter has given the inspiration according to the case.
