Study On Reconfiguration Of The Spatial Organization In Large Cities Of China

Urban spatial has become one of the key research objects of regional economics as its research scope gradually deepening into the microscopic field at present.With th e continuous expansion of the size of cities in our country and the rapid growth of urb an space,the differentiation of urban internal space have been increasing and the cont radiction of spatial function organization have been appearing.However,traditional ur ban spatial research mostly applies macroeconomic development as the background.u sually explores the spatial structure and layout of large-scale regional areas.It lacks a n in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the origin and development of China’s large cities,the self-organizing rules of spatial organization,and the dynamic mechanism o f organizational restructuring.This paper believes that the research field of China’s big cities should be changed from a single macro-region to a macro-micro perspective,su pplementing the concept and theoretical framework of urban spatial organization reco nstruction at the micro level,and to study of the power,characterization,and path of u rban spatial restructuring in-depth,in order to promote a healthy spatial development.Therefore,this dissertation,which is the key direction of the research on the combinat ion of theory and practice of regional economics,supplements the theory and method of spatial organization and reconstruction of big cities based on micro-perspectives,is the key direction of the research on the combination of theory and practice of regiona l economics.During the crucial period of China’s current economic and social transition,after China’s large cities have experienced rapid and episodic growth,the spatial issue has become increasingly prominent.The reduced land use efficiency,the insufficient public service capacity,the congested urban traffic,and the exacerbated social disparities have reduced urban efficiency and competitiveness,and seriously interfered with the sustained and healthy development of China’s urban economy and society.Therefore,by following the objective law of urban spatial self-organizational development and combining with the development reality of China’s big cities,to establish the theoretical framework of urban spatial organization reconstruction to explore the mechanism,path and model of spatial restructuring in China’s big cities,is an urgent need to solve the urban research field in China.This dissertation is based on three levels: theoretical research,practical research and case study.Proposing the concept and theoretical system of urban spatial organization and the connotation and framework of spatial organization reconstruction;sorting out the characteristics of the spatial development of large cities in China;summarizing and analyzing the path and methods of reconstructing space organizations in large cities in China;and using Changchun as an empirical case,by the application of data statistics,marginal analysis,and GIS technology methods,to systematically analyze the evolution rules of urban spatial organization and spatial development issues,and proposed reconfiguration measures and strategies.The full text is divided into six chapters:Chapter 1: The basic theory of urban spatial organization reconstruction.The concepts of urban spatial organization and spatial reconstruction are discussed;the basic theory of urban spatial organization reconstruction is summarized and analyzed;and the relevant domestic and foreign theoretical research and practical development are systematically summarized.Chapter 2: The theoretical analysis framework of the reconstruction of urban space organization.This paper discusses the law of urban spatial self-organization and the relationship between urban spatial reconstruction and spatial organization;analyzes the connotation and driving mechanism of urban spatial organization reconstruction,and sets up a framework for spatial organization reconstruction of large cities.Chapter 3: Practical exploration of spatial organization reconstruction in China ’s big cities.This paper sorts out the background and current characteristics of the spatial development of large cities in China,analyzes and summarizes the practical path of space organization reconstruction in China’s big cities,and proposes the principles and strategies for the reconstruction of space organizations in large cities of China.Chapter 4: the evolution and mechanism of urban space in Changchun.This paper systematically analyzes the evolutionary stages of Changchun’s partial organization and the factors and dynamic mechanisms of Changchun’s spatial evolution.Chapter 5: Analysis of the background and status of urban spatial organization reconstruction of Changchun.This chapter proposes the background of spatial organization reconstruction of Changchun,analyzes the status quo of the spatial organization of Changchun’s metropolitan area and central urban area,and summarizes the difficulties of urban spatial development.Chapter 6: Changchun City spatial organization reconstruction control.This chapter clarifies the concept,goals,and strategies for the reconstruction of space organizations of Changchun;formulates the reconstruction focus of space organizations in the metropolitan area and the reconstruction of functional organizations in the downtown area of Changchun;and proposes the policy support for spatial organization reconstruction of Changchun.
