| Science and technology(Sci-Tech)is the foundation of national prosperity;finance is the engine of industrial development;innovation is the essence of national progress.Under the guidance of continuous innovation,Sci-Tech&finance will jointly promote economic growth and improve people's livelihood.The integration of Sci-Tech&finance is a powerful support for independent innovation strategy implementation,economic restructuration and upgradation.Promoting the comprehensive integration of Sci-Tech&finance means to promote effective combination and innovation of scientific and technological resources and financial elements,to support the development of Sci-Tech industry,the growth of Sci-Tech enterprises and the incubation of technology-based companies,and ultimately to achieve the goal that converting technological achievements into productive force,scientific and technological advantages into essence of national economic strategy.In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,it is an urgent need to carry out three-dimensional,comprehensive and diversified construction of China's Sci-Tech&finance services system.Sci-Tech&finance intermediary platform is an important representative form of Sci-Tech&finance service system.It is the original promoter of Sci-Tech innovation and entrepreneurship,the incubation nursery of industry structure optimization and upgradation.Therefore,the research and exploration of the construction and operation mode of Sci-Tech&finance services platform will promote the perfection of Sci-Tech&finance services system and help to promote scientific and technological progress and financial innovation.Because the concept of Sci-Tech&finance put forward not long ago,at present,the current theoretical basis is relatively weak,the definition is quite broad,and the direction is relatively vague.Therefore,this dissertation in particular,from the perspective of Sci-Tech management,makes necessary elaboration and definition of the concept of Sci-Tech&finance,Sci-Tech&finance services and regional Sci-Tech&finance comprehensive service platform.At the same time,this dissertation adopts the method of theoretical research and practice research,taking Wuhan city as an example,focusing on the operation pattern of regional Sci-Tech&finance comprehensive service platform.On the basis of studying relevant literature and theory,this dissertation refers to the basic theory of Sci-Tech&finance service both at home and abroad and the experience of similar platforms,expounds the characteristics of various Sci-Tech&finance services intermediary platform in Wuhan,and takes "Wuhan Sci-Tech&finance public service platform" as the specific case to carry on research.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing,this dissertation deeply explores the problems existing in the operation pattern of Sci-Tech&finance comprehensive service platform in Wuhan.Finally,on the basis of a lot of basic theory,pattern reference,research and analysis,combined with my own working experience,this dissertation put forward countermeasures to improve the operation pattern of Sci-Tech&finance comprehensive service platform in Wuhan.Measures range from macroeconomic policies to micro-operations,from ecological system to profit model,layer by layer,one by one.It covers Sci-Tech&finance policy support,Sci-Tech&finance services system,Sci-Tech&finance services model,Sci-Tech&finance innovation and entrepreneurship ecological environment,market-oriented and sustainable income pattern,etc.Therefore,this dissertation forms a relatively complete methodology and chain of measures.The main research content of this dissertation:(1)Putting forward a definition of Sci-Tech&finance related concepts.In particular,from the perspective of Sci-Tech management,necessary supplementary explanations are provided for the concepts of Sci-Tech&finance,Sci-Tech&finance services,and regional Sci-Tech&finance comprehensive service platforms to help inspire ideas and viewpoints of Sci-Tech&finance management and help guide the development of Sci-Tech&finance service system and intermediary platforms of Sci-Tech&finance service.(2)Putting forward a comprehensive service function system for Sci-Tech&finance supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.The Sci-Tech&finance service function is based on Sci-Tech&finance services,digging into all kinds of Sci-Tech&finance service means based on the different development stages of technology enterprises,and forming an integrated technology service system featuring finance by matching the functions of scientific and technological consulting,achievement transformation,entrepreneurship cultivation,and technology research and development.(3)Putting forward a series of measures to improve the operation pattern of integrated intermediary service platform of Sci-Tech&finance.It is suggested that the government and society should be given full play to integrate the resources of technology and finance to form a sustainable service operation mode of integrated intermediary service platform of Sci-Tech&finance based on the principles of "government guidance,social participation,public welfare services and market operation ".The value of researching the operation pattern of Wuhan comprehensive service platform of Sci-Tech&finance lies in the exploration of a set of Sci-Tech&finance service systems focusing on the fields of technology industry,technology companies,and technology entrepreneurship.The conclusions and achievements of this dissertation provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the continuous construction and the deepening of operation of Sci-Tech&finance service platform in various parts of China,and have an extensive practical application value. |
