Research On The Operation Mode Of Technology Finance Services Platform

In the face of our country's economic downturn and the severe situation of the international financial crisis,The State Council has proposed "mass entrepreneurship,innovation",implement innovation-driven development strategy,promote the sustained?healthy and st able development of th e small and medi um-sized tec hnology-based enterprises that act as the main force of technological innovation is one of the important initiatives of the development strategy.However,due to its own internal control mechanism is not perfect,asset-light,social credit system,lack of service of financial institutions and financial intermediary service institutions and other factors,small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises have been faced with financing constraints,thus affecting the sustained and healthy development of our country's economy.This paper adopts the method of combining normative research with case study,Firstly,from the current situation of the construction of Science and Technology financial Service platform in other developed regions of China,through reading and summarizing the relevant literatures,the paper analyzes various kinds of financial service platform of science and technology seriously,at the same time,the characteristics of each type of platform are analyzed and summarized.Secondly,taking the WINPOWER as an example,this paper first introduces its establishment background and development situation,then introduces its service system from the Equity financing service,the creditor's rights financing service and the value-added service.Then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze its competitive advantage,competitive disadvantage and development opportunity and threat of the WINPOWER operation mode that based on "trapezoid financing mode".and summed up the future development strategy of WINPOWER.Finally,summarize the development experience of technology and finance in foreign countries,according to the competitive disadvantage of WINPOWER,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward for perfecting the operation mode of China's technology and finance services platform.
