A good compensation management system can guide the human resources flow direction in a certain extent. However, with the development of the hotel industry in recent years, the hotel industry have a serious loss of human resources, facing a serious crisis of talent, attracting and retaining talent has become an important issue to be solved in the hotel industry. Therefore, we must continue to improve and refine the compensation management of hotel and improve the incentive of hotel’s compensation.In this paper, taking X hotel as the research object, with the development present situation and the compensation management of X hotel as a starting point, applying compensation management theory to analysis the compensation management situation of X hotel and combined with the results of the survey of employee’ s compensation satisfaction, points out the main problems existing in the X hotel of compensation management and the causes of problems. On this basis, according to the existing compensation management problems puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. At the same time put forward the corresponding security measures for the implementation of the hotel compensation management strategy in order to minimize the problems occurring during operation of the process and improve the efficiency of the hotel.
