Since the entry of WTO,enterprises are facing unprecedented competition of international talents.More and more business managers realize that the rise and fall of enterprises ultimately depend on talents,human resources are the strategic resources of modern enterprises,and the most critical factor for the development of enterprises.To a certain extent,the competition of modern enterprises is actually the competition of "people",that is,the competition of the employees.China's banking industry is facing tremendous pressure of development.The pressure and performance of banks are relatively high.The pressure of employees in the banking industry is generally high,and their enthusiasm for work is fading away,which has hindered the further development of banks.Therefore,it is very necessary for staff to work satisfaction management.If every employee's potential ability can be aroused,it will bring great help to the development of commercial banks.How to manage employees,how to tap the potential of employees and how to improve employee satisfaction with banks has become a growing concern of commercial banks in the increasingly fierce competition.Methods through various investigation,case analysis,literature research,investigation of current situation of JNSH bank basic employee satisfaction,find out the negative impact of the factors of employee satisfaction in enterprise management in providing improved management behavior and working methods of the suggestions for enterprises;reduce the performance of the organization efficiency,staff satisfaction low caused by the phenomenon of higher,improve organizational efficiency,promote the rapid development of enterprises.The research content of this paper can be divided into the following parts: first,it expounds the background and significance of the research,puts forward the purpose of the study,introduces the research ideas and framework of the full text,and summarizes the main contents of the full text.Then,it analyzes the theory of employee satisfaction and the theory of demand chromatography,dual factor theory,service profit chain theory and so on,which lays a theoretical foundation for this study.Thirdly,the human resource status of JNSH bank employees is analyzed.First,the basic situation of JNSH bank is introduced,and then the human resource management in all aspects of the bank is analyzed.Then,we carried out the investigation and analysis of JNSH bank employee satisfaction,first made clear the purpose,basis and principle of the investigation,and then designed a questionnaire to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of its employees.On this basis,we found out the satisfaction problems of employees in the aspects of growth,development,performance pressure,income and so on.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employee satisfaction of JNSH bank.On the basis of the previous research,it puts forward the optimization countermeasures,such as the emphasis on staff training and development,the establishment and improvement of the staff growth and promotion mechanism,the optimization of the bank salary system,the promotion of employees' sense of belonging,and the establishment of the feedback mechanism of employee satisfaction.
