Since the 1990 s,major changes have taken place in the field of management science.Enterprises have increasingly attached importance to their level of market competition,market share,and market penetration.Companies have gradually placed the company's main resources and focus on its core business.In terms of development,it will increase the competitiveness and profitability of its core business in the market.In order to increase the level of competition in the core business,the company focuses its resources on its core business in an effort to make the core business bigger and bigger,while the company is not the main business,and the non-core business is handed over to external professional organizations and companies for assistance.To achieve a win-win situation,IT outsourcing has emerged in this market environment.After China's accession to the WTO,more and more high-quality companies have gone abroad,entered the world market,and began to cooperate and trade with foreign companies.Especially in information technology,we constantly learn and introduce advanced technology methods.With equipment,and at the same time cooperating to export our technical products and services,information technology has begun to be widely used and popularized.With the development of economic globalization,the market has expanded to the world,and the market demand for information technology has become stronger.Domestic IT outsourcing companies have seized the opportunities of globalization and have become active in the market to seize resources and markets.However,some IT outsourcing companies can only provide some low-end information technology services in order to earn profits and provide IT outsourcing services that do not meet the ideal service standards and quality.In addition,internal IT service management cannot keep up with the pace of internationalization and market,leading to the lack of quality of IT outsourcing services.The insufficiency of its own strength and the lack of management capabilities have caused current IT service outsourcing companies to continuously lose customers and businesses,and their own company's market value has dropped,and they cannot enjoy a proper share in the market.Therefore,if you want to survive in such a fierce market competition environment,not only must have the forefront and strong information technology strength,provide high value-added outsourcing services,but also have a complete internal service management system and processes.However,at present,China's IT service business has always been in the middle and low end of the service chain.There is still a certain gap between the technological strength of the company itself and the mature technological capabilities of European countries and the United States;In addition,the internal management system of Chinese enterprises is also relatively immature and imperfect.Lack of rich management experience and managerial talents,the theoretical research on IT service outsourcing management has not been developed and discussed in depth.Therefore,there is no theoretical guidance for management.In actual business operations,IT service companies often only value the quality of service and service standards and whether the service contract agreement is completed,and despise the problems and flaws in business service management.Even if the management process design is seamless and implementation process is the problems are unavoidable.From the perspective of IT outsourcing business optimization,this paper focuses on the problems and features of Z Technology Co.,Ltd.,and discusses the optimization of service management and service flow optimization to summarize the management models and methods applicable to service-oriented enterprises.This article will first describe the status of enterprise IT service outsourcing management and the problems that arise.Then it will analyze the problems in detail,combine the author's actual work experience,and through a large number of literature reading and summarizing,finally put forward the optimization and solution solutions and countermeasures.,Find out the service management model and system suitable for Z Technology Co.,Ltd.,and formulate service strategy management in enterprise operations,rebuild enterprise service organization structure,improve enterprise service flow management,improve enterprise service quality management,and improve enterprise performance management system.To improve the company's service management.Allow companies to continue effective development until they reach the company's development goals.
