With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry,the technology of wireless communication in our country has rapidly reached the 5G era from the 2G era.Now China telecom operators' network construction is focused on 4G,including new projects for enhancing network coverage and expanding network capacity.Huaxin technology company,as one operator of the basic network construction,is mainly engaged in the construction of the wireless site and the installation and measurement of the base station equipment.In the early 4G wireless network construction project,due to lack of practical experience and the tight schedule,Huaxin technology company has not achieved the expected target on progress and quality.it affects the overall efficiency of the company.From the problems existing in the early network construction project management of Huaxin technology company,this paper makes a comprehensive combing from the starting,planning,executing to the end of the project.It analyzes the main problems of the project management in each stage and finds out its basic reasons;then,according to the characteristics of Huaxin technology company,the improvement plan of Huaxin technology company's network construction project management is put forward,and relevant measures for ensuring the implementation of the improvement plan are formulated.The whole research will determine the scope of the project through the focus group meeting and the leading seminar,and decompose the task through WBS and other techniques.Uninterrupted analysis of the deviations will ensure that the scope,progress and quality are all within the plan;the methods are controlled by parameters estimation,analogy estimation,three-point estimation,and bottom-up estimation.At the same time,through the organization's internal and external training and team building to enhance the efficiency of the implementation of the project team,we fundamentally solve the resource problems in project management.The research of this paper is based on the management of Huaxin technology company in the network construction.It focuses on the analysis of the important factors that affect the efficiency and efficiency of the project implementation in the ten knowledge systems of PMP project management and the five process group s,and puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme.The research ideas and results of this paper will provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of a standardized project management system for Huaxin technology company,and provide practical experience and practical guidance for other telecom operators' network project management.
