With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the traditional way of economic growth has gradually failed to adapt to the current economic development in our country.The development mode with technological innovation as the core is the most suitable way to continue our economic development.Technological innovation was divided into three stages:innovation and R&D investment,innovation and R&D output and innovation achievement transformation,and an evaluation index system about technological innovation is established by analyzing important indicators that affect each stage.Afterwards,a factor analysis was conducted on the technological innovation indicators of 30 provinces(excluding Tibet)from 2005 to 2015,and a comprehensive factor for technological innovation was obtained.On this basis,we used spatial econometric methods to study the spatial distribution of Chinese technological innovation,making research on the spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration of Chinese regional technological innovation by the Moran's I index and the Moran scatter chart.Subsequently,using the binary connection matrix and spatial weight matrix based on the optimal area search(AMOEBA)algorithm to construct spatial econometric models,analyzing the impact of regional technological innovation on economic growth in China,and examining the impact of technological innovation on economic growth based on different spatial information.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The spatial distribution of technological innovation in China and spatial agglomeration of economic development have great similarities,so as the spatial distribution of technological innovation and geographical distribution of provinces.(2)In recent years,the level of technological innovation in the eastern region has developed rapidly,while the technological innovation capability in the central and western regions has also steadily increased.The overall pattern is eastern>central>western.(3)There are spatial correlation and spillover effects in Chinese technological innovation.However,the development of technological innovation in the region itself is the main way to effectively increase the regional economic growth rate.(4)There are deficiencies in Chinese investment,which need to be improved on the cultivation of innovative talents and the investment of new product development.The efficiency of innovation output and R&D results turned into economic benefits is low;The results of the research show that space spillover effects of technological innovation have a positive effect on economic growth.Finally,based on the conclusion,this article emphasizes the importance of the spatial relationship of technological innovation to promote economic growth and focuses on the basic ideas and concrete measures to improve the coordinated development of regional technological innovation in our country and promote economic growth.
