Study On Land Use Optimization In West Dongting Management Area Under The Background Of New Urbanization

With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the process of urbanization has also been constrained by a series of conditions such as limited resources and environmental bearing capacity.Based on this bottleneck restriction,the party and the government put forward a new path for the development of new urbanization in the first time..Compared with traditional urbanization,new urbanization pays nmore attention to "people" and pays more attention to "man-made core and people-oriented".Land resources are the most important basic elements in the process of new urbanization,and the degree of land use is directly related to whether new urbanization can achieve better development.Therefore,based on the background of new urbanization,this paper takes the West Dongting Management District as the research object,and puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the optimization of land use in the West Dongting Administrative District.Firstly,the relevant theory and research situation were elaborated and analyzed.Secondly,the land optimization comprehensive index system was constructed by using land area change rate and entropy method,and spss22.0 was used to test and correlate the indexes.Sexual analysis.Afterwards,combined with the investigation and discovery issues,a multi-objective linear programming land optimization model was constructed,and the corresponding constraints were set.The optimal land optimization results were obtained using MATLAB data software.Finally,the land optimization utilization suggestions were put forward in conjunction with the regional reality.The conclusion of the study is as follows:(1)After constructing a comprehensive index system and testing and analyzing each of the indicators,it is determined that there is a significant correlation between the new urbanization of the West Dongting Administrative District and its land use.The new urbanization process has gradually changed the state of land use,and land use status has also directly affected the development of new urbanization.(2)The study found that the land use in West Dongting Administrative District has the following problems:First,the contradiction between regional land use is quite prominent,and the layout of local land use is not reasonable;second,there is a phenomenon that part of the land is idle in the region,and land use efficiency is obviously not high.Third,the pollution of the land is serious,and the regional ecological environment is outstanding.(3)In order to promote the development of new urbanization in the West Dongting Administrative District,regional land use will be continuously optimized in terms of agricultural land,construction land,ecological environment,and land use layout.The total amount of cultivated land,forest land,pasture and grassland,urban construction land,water conservancy facilities,and other construction land after optimization has increased by 151.43,18.34,0.917,204.56,37.23,and 0.38 hectares,respectively,and the rural residential land,mining,and other independent construction have increased.The total amount of land,gardens and other agricultural land decreased by 112.69,16.88,108.12 and 161.14 hectares.After the optimization,the area of ecological land has increased,the land layout has become more reasonable,the more integrated development of urban and rural areas,and the requirements for new urbanization have been better achieved.
