Study On Urbanization Evolution And Land Use Optimization Strategy In Jiawang District

In 2014,the construction of new-type urbanization has become the national development strategy.How to provide people with a livable and suitable material space environment and social environment has become an important part of promoting urbanization.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC in 2017,it is further pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main social contradictions in China have been transformed into the people's growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances.It is necessary to implement the strategy of regional coordinated development and support the economic transformation and development of resource-based regions.As a resource-exhausted mining area,Jiawang District of Xuzhou City is undergoing a transition from a century-old coal city to a landscape city.The urbanization development of Jiawang District witnessed the rise and fall of Jiawang Coal Mine Industry.In this context,systematically studying the relationship between Jiawang's urbanization development and land use is of great significance for analyzing the spatial structure characteristics of resource-based cities and proposing land use optimization strategies of resource-based cities,which is also the main purpose of this paper.This paper combs the urbanization development process of Jiawang District from the perspective of population,economy and industrial development,summarizes the main problems facing the development of urbanization are the limited growth of construction land,the low degree of intensive use of land,and the spatial pressure of urban transformation and development.At the same time,the main factors affecting the urbanization development of Jiawang District,such as policy,industry,transportation,planning and ecology,were summarized.It is concluded that The multi-index evaluation system and coupling model are used to study the land use efficiency and urbanization in Jiawang District.The result shows that the coupling coordination degree of land use efficiency and urbanization quality in Jiawang District shows a tortuous upward trend on the whole,and the coupling relationship between the two systems is increasing day by day.The coupling degree of land use efficiency and urbanization quality in Jiawang District is high,but their comprehensive index level is relatively low.On this basis,the optimization strategy of land use in Jiawang District based on the improvement of urbanization quality is put forward: reusing the stock of land and controlling land expansion,restoration and promotion of ecological space,improving the level of urban function and promote the integration of industry and city.
