Investigation And Analysis Of Pro-poor Tourism Development In Guangshan County Of Henan Province

Poverty is the world difficult problem,which perplexed the development of human society,as the largest developing country,the problem of poverty in China is also very prominent.Whether or not China's poor people get out of poverty on schedule is directly related to the realization of the goal of building a well-off society.In order to eliminate poverty,the Chinese government has found many ways to solve the problem of poverty.As China's poverty-stricken counties are also concentrated in the tourism resource-rich areas,pro-poor tourism has become a good way to reduce poverty.Pro-poor tourism is not only an economic poverty alleviation,but a hematopoietic poverty alleviation.This mode of poverty alleviation requires less government investment,but also protects the ecological environment,high efficiency of poverty alleviation,low poverty rate,and is conducive to poverty alleviation in both the spiritual and material aspects of the poverty-stricken areas.Guangshan County as a state-level poverty county,has a lot of historical and cultural potential resources and realistic ecological potential resources.Through investigation and analysis of the existing problems of the pro-poor tourism development in Guangshan County,the article summarizes the development of pro-poor tourism laws,which is significant to promote the development of pro-poor tourism in Guangshan County and other areas.It also have a strong practical significance both in practice and in theory.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,significance,domestic and foreign literature review,basic theories,research methods and ideas.The second chapter investigates and analyzes the background of pro-poor tourism development in Guangshan County.It is found that Guangshan County has the conditions for pro-poor tourism development through the analysis of location conditions,cultural conditions,socioeconomic conditions,tourism market conditions and tourism resources analysis.The third chapter investigates the achievements of the Guangshan county government on the development of pro-poor tourism and the development of pro-poor tourism.Guangshan County relying on a wealth of natural and cultural tourism resources,pays attention to the development of tourism and poverty alleviation work combined to promote the county's economic development,speeds up the pace of the county's poverty.The fourth chapter applies questionnaire and key interview methods to investigate the residents' understanding of the tourism industry,their willingness to participate and the influence on the development of pro-poor tourism.It analyzes that the pro-poor tourism development in Guangshan County is still at the initial stage.Chapter five concludes that there are still six problems,which are simply equivalent pro-poor tourism and tourism development,lack of consensus on industrial development,lack of core competitiveness of tourism products,single investment in tourism poverty alleviation development,lack of rules and regulations of service management and lack of awareness of farmers' participation.Chapter six according to the existing problems of pro-poor tourism development in Guangshan County,the article puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for the development of tourism poverty alleviation in Guangshan County,namely,"constructing the income mechanism of poverty population,constructing safeguard mechanism on poverty alleviation and constructing unique brand of tourism poverty alleviation development in Guangshan county".Chapter seven draws conclusions based on the summary of the full text.
