Research On The Development Of Inclusive Finance In Contiguous Destitute Areas

The development of Inclusive Finance is of great significance to the poverty alleviation in the stricken areas.The Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the development of Inclusive Finance.In this paper,Wulingshan contiguous destitute areas in Hunan Province as the research sample,we did an analysis of the important concept of contiguous destitute areas,inclusive finance,and the theory of inclusive financial poverty reduction.Based on the poverty-stricken areas of 37 counties in Hunan Province and the 12 quarter related macroeconomic statistics and micro survey data from 500 households survey data,the paper describes the development status of Wulingshan areas in Hunan province from the inclusive financial Inclusive Finance supply and demand and supply and demand differences.At the same time,the construction of inclusive financial services coverage index,the Wulingshan area of Hunan Province,destitute of inclusive financial development was evaluated using the index and service efficiency index,and the assessment of income inclusive financial development index data for empirical analysis,the results show that Hunan province contiguous poor areas in the development of inclusive financial efficiency is not high,inclusive finance poverty reducing effects not fully reflect.Then,based on the empirical conclusions,from the supply and demand of inclusive financial and social level,analyzes the factors restricting the destitute areas in Hunan province the development of Inclusive Finance,including serious financial exclusion,supporting the incentive mechanism is not perfect,the financial supervision system can not adapt,the financial organization system is not reasonable,the financial infrastructure is not perfect and other factors.Finally,drawing on the experience of inclusive financial development in impoverished regions and combining the reality of contiguous poverty-stricken areas in Wulingshan,Hunan,the macroeconomic development strategy for constructing an inclusive financial system,perfecting complementary financial incentives for contiguous poverty-stricken areas,and perfecting contiguous destitute areas We have proposed policy recommendations for the development of inclusive finance in contiguous and difficult-to-treat areas in areas such as the inclusive financial system,the strengthening of the financial infrastructure environment in contiguous poverty-stricken areas,and the promotion of inclusive financial innovation in contiguous destitute areas.
