Study On The Spatial And Temporal Pattern Of Ecological Environment Performance In Shanxi Province Based On PSR

In recent years,with the rapid economic development,the ecological environment pollution is becoming more and more serious,and part of the ecological environment is particularly prominent in the area of economic development.Shanxi province is Chinese energy resources and heavy industry province,in its long-term extensive economic development mode,the development of heavy industry lead to environmental pollution in Shanxi,long-term serious lack of water,serious soil erosion,neglect of local governance and a series of problems,the contradiction between economic development and ecological environment become more serious.Imminent Shanxi Province ecological environment construction,so as to accelerate the transformation and realize the sustainable development of industries in Shanxi Province,the Shanxi Province ecological environment performance of this study has great practical significance.This paper first carries on the analysis to the Shanxi province natural condition,social economic situation and the current situation of ecological environment,and then based on the PSR(pressure state response)model to construct the evaluation index system of ecological environment in Shanxi province performance,using principal component analysis method to calculate the weight,finally using Arc GIS software on the score for the temporal and spatial correlation analysis.The main conclusions of the empirical study are as follows:(1)time series changes:the development speed of ecological environment in 11 prefecture level cities in Shanxi province has been growing steadily and slowly for nearly 10 years.(2)spatial pattern change: in 2007-2016 years,the regionalism of all grades tends to concentrate,and the overall score has increased.In general,the comprehensive level of Western Shanxi is lagging behind other areas.(3)the spatial autocorrelation analysis: global and local showed significantly positive correlation,the high high and low low state state cities accounted for a large,the prefecture level city of Datong,Jinzhong,Changzhi,Shuozhou,Jincheng,Xinzhou,the latter the prefecture level city of Linfen,Lvliang and other performance a negative correlation.The results show that there are problems of ecological environment in Shanxi Province: population,resources and environment to highlight the contradiction betweeneconomic development and ecological environment,a high pressure;the differences of the development of the regional ecological environment is obvious,the imbalance highlights the problem of pollution emission reduction;"thick" and "thin" sustained response;ecological environment pollution management;Weak environmental awareness and lack of propaganda.In view of the problems in the development of ecological environment in Shanxi Province,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:improve the level of institutional mechanisms: the integration of coal resources policy system,reduce the pressure;update and improve the index system;refine the standard of environmental protection;ecological environment governance in essence.At the regional level,we should expand the scope of governance,focus on regulation,summarize and popularize the experience of advanced regions,strengthen regional cooperation,and gradually narrow the difference of regional comprehensive development level.Public aspects: to improve public awareness of environmental protection;to change the concept of ecological environment governance;to promote the participation of everyone in environmental governance.
