China is one of the most abundant tourism resources in the world.It has a vast territory,rich mountains and rivers,a long history and a large number of nationalities.In the long history of development,in this vast land,a very rich tourism resources have been formed.Since the reform and opening up,China's tourism industry has made remarkable achievements in China,foreign tourists increased to 2015,foreign tourists 25 million 985 thousand and 400 passengers,tourism foreign exchange revenue of $113 billion 650 million,is 432.13 times in 1978,the world ranking third.It can be seen that inbound tourism has gradually become a new driving force to promote China's economic growth.However,since the 2008 world financial crisis,the growth of the number of foreign tourists traveling to China has been in a "stagnant" state.The growth rate has been hovering around 0,and the entry tourism industry has been unprecedentedly tested.The number of inbound foreign tourists in 2015 was 25 million 985 thousand and 400,lower than 26 million 109 thousand and 700 in 2007,and the downward pressure on inbound tourism continued to increase.How to get out of the plight of "step by step" ? This has undoubtedly become an urgent problem for the development of China's inbound tourism.In order to study more effective inbound tourism in China,the source country perspective,analyzes the 19 main source country of the evolution,the evolution trend of inbound tourism since 2000 Chinese overall is divided into four periods: the first wave period(2000~2003),high growth stage(2003~2007),second(fluctuation period 2007~2010),"Plateau" stage(2010~2015).From the evolution of source countries,the number of inbound tourists 19 source countries basically have a more significant growth,but in the "Plateau",the vast majority of tourists in the number of inbound tourism sustained downward trend,such as Japan,Russia and Malaysia,greater downward pressure;the number of inbound tourism you go to the source country "stagnancy" mode,including the United States,Germany,Thailand,South Korea and India;only sustained growth.The geographic concentration index of the 19 tourist source countries is always higher than the most stable geographical concentration index in sixteen years,though it has declined many times,but it has declined little.In recent years,the geographical concentration index has begun to continue to recover,and the distribution of passenger space has also entered the "plateau period" on the road that tends to the best.On this basis,this paper constructs a new set of inbound tourist source country potential evaluation index system,selection of indicators,based on previous research,the development,Chinese cultural influence appeal,the three aspects of economic trade with China and to the Huacheng index screening from the source of our own.The 6 indexes,such as the number of Confucius institutes,the number of students coming to China,the outbound tourism rate of tourist source countries,the cost of transportation,the total volume of foreign trade in goods and the proportion of the best tourism age,are taken into consideration in an innovative way.By using principal component analysis,the inbound tourism potential of the source countries was comprehensively sorted,and the main factors affecting the potential of inbound tourism were comprehensively evaluated by OBLIMIN skew method.The study found that,according to the ranking,the countries with the greatest potential for inbound tourism are South Korea,the United States and India.Countries with a certain number of inbound tourism potential are Singapore,Germany,Russia,Britain,Australia,Canada and France.In addition,Indonesia,Mongolia and Philippines are at the end of the ranking sequence.According to the order of importance,the main influencing factors are outbound tourism rate,average national income,age of 25~64 years,the number of Confucius institutes,the number of students coming to China,and the investment in China.Finally,according to the conclusion,we expand the emerging tourist market,stabilize the traditional tourist market,find the potential market and create brand effect,and put forward four countermeasures to promote the development of China's inbound tourism industry.
