Tourists trust the experiences of they own or their friends and relatives when they are making travel decisions.Only when the experiences of tourists are saved can they be used by personal decision,and develop brand priming effect to influence the tourism destination marketing.Moreover,tourism experience memory has to respond to the destination developing.Therefore,it is ideal for destination management to explore the content and to induce evolution rule of tourism experience memory,furthermore,to help destination information storage and memory retrieval in tourists' brain.But scholars neither have defined tourism experience memory clearly,nor begun the research on evolution rules of tourism experience memory.The study first defines the concept of tourism experience memory through substantial related literatures;then uses travel blogs and interview materials of "Zhangjiajie + Fenghuang" to explore structural dimension and internal relationship among tourism experience memory in the guidance of grounded theory;finally takes advantage of content analysis and social network analysis to induce the evolution rules of tourism experience memory with the case of Zhangjiajie.The results show that:(1)tourism experience memory concludes landscape aesthetics,cost evaluation,interaction cognition,identity construction,destination emotion and destination behavior intention;(2)tourism experience memory can be divided into explicit memory and implicit memory,which has hierarchical structure among itself,moreover,different hierarchies will affect each other;(3)tourism experience memory is becoming more various and complicate with destination developing;(4)tourism experience memory is becoming more positive with destination developing.The study also suggests that:(1)the destination should pay attention to the process of information coding during tourists'experiencing,which can be achieved by providing various experience projects,as well as relaxing and humanism experience activities;(2)the destination should pay attention to the process of information coding after tourists' experiencing and memory retrieval,which can be achieved by destination advertisement.
