Unexpected,emotional and significant experience can create vivid and lasting memory in one's mind.When tourists leave their habitual residence,the experience is often accompanied by the unexpected feelings and accumulation of emotions,which is easy to make tourists remember deeply.When consumers face the choice of tourism destination again,the previous experience memory will be unconsciously recalled,and people will rely on memory to make decisions.Although most scholars agree that satisfaction is the main indicator to predict tourists' revisit intention,some foreign scholars point out that memory,as the sublimation of tourism experience,is a more accurate indicator to predict tourists' revisit intention than satisfaction.Therefore,tourism experience memory is of great significance to tourists and tourism destinations.Cultural and creative tourism can provide experiential authenticity through creative means,create a more "real" and profound tourism experience,fully mobilize the use of taste,smell and other senses in the tourism process of tourists,expand the "tourism gaze" theory,so that tourists can get a whole-hearted tourism experience.Therefore,the study of tourism experience memory in cultural and creative blocks has certain typicality,which is worth further exploration.However,at present,there are few researches on the content and characteristics of tourism experience memory in China,and the research on the formation mechanism of tourism experience memory is relatively scattered and single,which fails to form systematic research results,and most of them are concentrated in foreign literature;in addition,the research on tourism experience memory based on cultural and creative blocks is rare.Based on the above background,this study mainly focuses on "what is the concept,content and characteristics of the tourism experience memory in cultural and creative blocks","what are the influencing factors of the tourism experience memory in cultural and creative blocks","how the influencing factors of tourism experience memory interact with each other ",etc.On the basis of fully reading the literature,taking the cultural and creative block as the research object,this paper analyzes the text data of tourist experience memory collected through in-depth interview and network by the grounded theory research method and content analysis method,extracts the content and influencing factors of cultural and creative block tourism experience memory,constructs the formation mechanism model of tourism experience memory in cultural and creative blocks relying on the theory of S-O-R and information processing,and further discusses the concept and characteristics of tourism experience memory.The results show that:(1)Tourism experience memory is a kind of plot memory,which is self related autobiographical memory,including image memory and emotional memory,and has the characteristics of process,profundity,duality,difference and dynamic.(2)Tourist motivation,expectation fantasy,pre tour preparation,landscape resources,environmental atmosphere,tourist participation,sensory experience,cognitive evaluation,emotional emotion,behavioral intention,all belong to the content and influencing factors of tourism experience memory.(3)The formation of tourism experience memory starts from the pre tour stage,in the process of the formation and development of tourism experience memory,tourist motivation,expectation fantasy,pre tour preparation play an important role in regulation.(4)The core process of tourism experience memory formation is the process of tourists' on-site experience.As tourist attractions,the landscape resources and environment atmosphere of the block will stimulate the tourists,tourists interact with tourism attractions through three ways of participation to absorb informationthus,generating sensory experience at the instinctive level and cognitive evaluation at the behavioral level,and finally reaching the reflective level to generate emotional feelings and behavioral intentions,thus jointly affecting the formation of tourism experience memory.(5)Tourist participation plays an intermediary role between landscape resources,environmental atmosphere and three levels of tourism experience,and three levels of tourism experience also plays an intermediary role between tourist participation and experience memory.From the perspective of psychology,this paper carried out a comprehensive study of tourism experience memory,which made the influencing factors of tourism experience memory more clear and systematic,deepened the general model of tourism experience,expanded the research field of MTE,enriched the basic research of tourism experience memory.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following suggestions:(1)using new media to promote marketing and stimulate tourists' motivation to travel;(2)improving infrastructure and supporting facilities and promoting the construction of Intelligent Tourism System in scenic spots;(3)excavating local characteristic culture,integratig creative elements,and enhance the core attraction of the scenic spot;(4)highlighting participation,fully mobilizing the senses and thinking of tourists;(5)activating emotional feelings to drive tourists' experience;(6)implanting cultural characteristics and creative spirit to strengthen the design of representative cultural and creative goods.This paper has certain theoretical value and practical significance.However,due to the limited personal ability and resources,the study inevitably has some shortcomings.Tourism experience memory is a relatively new research field,which needs to be refined and deepened in many aspects.In the future,more diversified research methods should be adopted to further study different tourism situations,individual differences in tourism experience memory and the impact of tourism experience memory.
