The Development Difficulties And Path Choice Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives

In the mid-1990 s,farmers' professional cooperatives were initially formed in China.Shanxi Province inherited some of the essence of the Japan Agricultural Association,and first piloted professional cooperatives in Dingxiang and Linyi County.For more than two decades,cooperatives have continued to advance and improve with the pace of reform and opening up.Needless to say,individual farmers have many shortcomings,their ability to withstand market risks is relatively weak,they do not have an advantage in market competition,and the desire of farmers to participate in market economy and world economic integration is also growing.Therefore,experts and scholars have called for the difficulties of individual farmer households in the market economy to be overcome only through farmers' cooperation.The existing cooperatives do have a very important impact,especially in terms of promoting farmers' income,promoting agricultural industrialization,and improving farmers' evasion.Market risk capabilities and other aspects.Therefore,under the active call of experts and scholars and the extensive publicity of relevant departments,farmers' professional cooperatives have entered a period of rapid development.The party and the government also attached great importance to the development of peasant cooperatives,repeatedly issued relevant documentary policies,and promulgated the Law of the People's Republic of China on Professional Farmers Cooperatives,which provided legal support for the development of cooperatives.However,China has a special national situation,a wide distribution of farmers,and significant differences in the level of agricultural development in the region.Naturally producedfarmers' professional cooperatives are not concentrated and have disparities in strength;and China's natural economy has a long history,“small farmers” ideology is deeply entrenched,and it is also affected by special history.The influence of people and farmers to varying degrees,there is a certain ideological barriers to the development of farmers' professional cooperatives.As a social organization,the farmers' professional cooperatives are deeply rooted in the complex and diverse cultural background.Their formation and operation are also based on local cultural habits.In addition,some farmers have already established their operations.There are major problems in the internal mechanisms of professional cooperatives,the external environment needs urgent improvement,and the operability and serviceability of government-related policies need to be improved.Therefore,there are various problems in the development process of farmers' professional cooperatives in our country,and solving these problems also faces greater difficulties.This article is based on this background,based on national conditions,analysis of difficulties,and put forward countermeasures,with a view to providing effective recommendations for the development of China's farmers specialized cooperatives.This research is started from the following aspects: First,it is an introduction.It mainly introduces the background of the topic,the purpose and significance of the research,the basic ideas and methods,as well as the innovation and insufficiency of the paper.It also systematically analyzes the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad.Combing.This is followed by the conceptual definition and theoretical basis of the farmers' professional cooperatives.Here,the relevant connotations of the farmers' professional cooperatives are comprehensively summarized,and the related theories are analyzed in a targeted manner to lay a good theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Once again,it is aninfluencing factor for the development of China's farmers' professional cooperatives,including the subject recognition factor,the organization's internal factors,and the external environmental factors,and provides reference materials for analyzing its predicament and its causes.From the most important part of the article,the author combined the literature review and influencing factors,which led to a low level of development and poor ability to lead;unbalanced development,uneven strength of all parties;operation was not standardized,democratic principles were challenged;and the cooperation organization appeared alienated.The peasants' interests cannot be guaranteed and other difficulties are systematically analyzed and elaborated.In addition,the author analyzes the reasons for the existence of the above-mentioned development difficulties for farmers' professional cooperatives from the aspects of lack of understanding of the subject,internal obstacles to the organization,and lack of external environment,with a view to providing reference for solving the difficulties of development.In addition,the author proposes specific measures for solving problems and getting out of difficulties from the aspects of improving overall quality,improving self-construction,optimizing development environment,and innovative development methods.He hopes to provide certain help in solving the difficulties faced by farmers' professional cooperatives in China.The last part of the thesis is the conclusion of this paper.It mainly summarizes the problems studied in this paper and summarizes the related problems in the future.
