Study On The Evaluation And Development Of Small Towns With Historical And Cultural Characteristics In Fujian Province

As a major strategic transformation of the new urbanization construction,featured towns have positive significance for promoting the implementation of the country's rural rejuvenation strategy.Since the deployment of the featured towns in China,the governments at all levels have attached great importance to the development of the featured towns.In Fujian Province,66 special towns have been created with remarkable results.However,while the construction of featured towns has continued to advance,many problems have also been exposed.One of the main reasons for this is that due to the fact that there are currently fewer evaluation indicators systems related to the development and construction of featured towns in Fujian,the development of characteristic towns Construction lacks scientific and reasonable guidance.At the same time,due to the large number of characteristic towns,it is difficult to cover all types of featured towns with a universal,reliable and stable evaluation index system.Therefore,in order to make the evaluation index system more complete and more targeted,this article focuses on Fujian Province's historical and cultural characteristics of small towns,through the reference of relevant national departments and the introduction of relevant provincial towns of the relevant town evaluation criteria,combined with the actual situation in Fujian Province The situation,try to build a set of Fujian province history and culture characteristics of small town development and construction evaluation index system,with a view to provide the relevant reference basis for the development of small towns in Fujian Province.First of all,the author uses the resources of the school library,the Internet,etc.to review and sort out relevant documents at home and abroad,and analyzes the characteristics of the featured towns,the establishment of operations,the importance of culture to the construction of featured towns,and evaluation indicators of the development and construction of featured towns.The research on the development of the system,historical and cultural villages and towns and development evaluation index system,etc.was summarized,and the existing research deficiencies were analyzed,and the research direction of this paper was pointed out.At the same time,it defines the relevant concepts of historical and cultural characteristics of small towns,and discusses the guiding role of pastoral urban theory,urban regional nuclear theory,industrial cluster theory,and urban complex ecosystem theory to the construction of featured towns.Secondly,through field surveys,data searches,and face-to-face interviews,we collected and sorted out the data of Fujian's characteristic towns and analyzed the number and proportion of Fujian's historical and cultural characteristics of small towns,regional distribution,and leading industries.The selection found that it is currently facing the predicament that traditional culture has not been promoted,the humanistic atmosphere has become weak,the lack of emerging industries,and the difficulty of talent introduction.Subsequently,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to construct an evaluation index system for the development and construction of historic and cultural-oriented small towns in Fujian Province,and to select Wufu Township,a state-level historic and cultural town,as an empirical target,and to develop and build a small town with historical and cultural characteristics in Fujian Province.On the basis of an evaluation index system,an empirical study was conducted,and the total score of development and construction of Wufu Town,a town with historical and cultural characteristics,was 6.8492 points,which was based on the demarcated evaluation scale and was classified as Level ?,indicating that Wufu Town's current development and construction status is Better level.Finally,based on the evaluation results of Wufu Town's development and construction,it discusses its current inadequacies,and puts forward suggestions for the development and construction of historical and cultural-oriented small towns in Fujian Province,namely,increase investment in leading industries,and promote cultural tourism and featured agriculture.Collaborative development;strengthening of infrastructure construction,raising the level of public services;adding cultural atmosphere and promoting cultural heritage;and introducing outstanding talents to invigorate the development of the town.
