Research On The Impact Of Manufacturing Servitization On Efficiency

In recent years,the rapid economic development has made the growth of economy get rid of the original dilemma,and vigorously developing the economy is the theme of the previous society,but the economic development has entered the "new normal" stage now,especially the manufacturing industry which is in the key stage of strong strengthening.The development of China's manufacturing industry has entered the fatigue period,showing the economy is increasing.How to slow down to improve our current manufacturing industry development by improving the efficiency of manufacturing industry has become a key problem which can help our country to change the way of economic growth and change from a large manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing.In historical experience,the western country showing great power in manufacturing has given us a demonstration.For example the "Advanced national manufacturing industry" in the United States and the "Industrial 4.0" in Germany are all the strategic layout for changing situation of the world economy.At the same time,our country also makes strategic decision called by “manufacturing 2025” in the new normal economic background.Chinese economy has entered a new normal state and the upgrading of the manufacturing industry is imperative.This is a slow process of the transition from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country.In the process of industrial upgrading,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the serviceability of manufacturing.And the process of service-oriented promotion of industrial efficiency has been combed out,and different proposals have been put forward for different regulatory agencies and enterprises in view of the similarities and differences in the development of different industries in different enterprises.This is of great significance to enterprises and industries that have entered the new normal development stage of the economy.In the scholars 'research over the years,the general choice of study is input service or output service resulting in serious difference in results.This paper studies the two indicators of input service and output service respectively,so as to obtain a relatively comprehensive interpretation.And using Pavitt's industry classification method,the industry is divided into four categories to conduct more targeted research,so as to make more targeted recommendations.The first part of this paper is to study the theories of the domestic and foreign scholars' servitization oriented divide the manufacturing servitization into two parts: input servitization and output servitization,and collate the related theories of industrial efficiency promotion,and the factors affecting the servitization and efficiency of the manufacturing industry and the two.The relationship is discussed by laying the foundation for the following analysis.The second part of the empirical study: through the 2000 to 2012 of Chinese input-output table combined with the Pavitt industry classification method,t he present situation of China's manufacturing servitization is quantified,and the possible problems are analyzed by comparing the data of various years in various industries,and then through the 2002-2012 calendar years of industrial years and related data,the statistics of our country all over the years The industrial efficiency(this article uses total factor productivity increase),and then collects and analyses the 2002 to 2012 year panel data through the Yearbook,and find that three types' input servitization(the supplier oriented,the scale economy and the specialized manufacturing)have a positive impact on the industrial efficiency.Servitization has negative effects on industry efficiency in terms of high-tech industry.Besides,government policy,foreign investment and industry competitiveness also have certain effects on the efficiency of the industry.The third part is the conclusion and suggestion: through comparison,it is found that the impact of servitization level in different industries on industrial efficiency is different,and the influence of different factors on different industries is different.According to this conclusion,the policy suggestions on improving the manufacturing efficiency of various industries are proposed,including the policy of serving the manufacturers.Policy recommendations and policy recommendations at vision of the government are put forward.Through the research and analysis,this paper finds that the efficiency of different industries is different for the results of service input and service output.Enterprises should correctly understand the connotation of service delivery,and the impact of service transformation themselves.In the process of service-oriented,attention should be paid to in-depth service-oriented rather than large and general service-oriented,and targeted service-oriented may be more appropriate;From the point of view of the government,in the regulatory market environment,actively guiding the development of the market,rational planning and development is a top priority.This is a capacity and a very important responsibility.
