Study On The Impact Of International Technology Spillover On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry From The Perspective Of Industry 4.0

Industrial 4.0 causing a new round of industrial revolution,the countries all over the world have introduced the corresponding strategic measures to actively embrace industry 4.0.Equipment manufacturing industry presents the development trend of intelligence,informatization,greening and globalization,which provides the opportunity of transformation and upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing industry,narrowing the gap with other developed countries in manufacturing.China is one of the world's foreign trade powers,through import trade and foreign direct investment activities to accept the technology spillover of developed countries has been China's main ways for equipment manufacturing industry's technical innovation and getting the technological progress.Under the background of industry 4.0,the new foreign trade pattern has appeared,which will be conducive to further improve the level of foreign trade in our country,thus further promoting the equipment manufacturing industry in our country to accept the technology spillover of developed countries;On the basis of the digestion and absorption to implement innovation,it can improve the ability of technology innovation and intelligent level of equipment manufacturing industry in China,and promote industrial transformation and upgrading.First of all,this paper combed related theories and literature of the industrial 4.0,technology spillovers and transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,and analyzed the overall situation of China's equipment manufacturing industry and the present situation of international technology spillovers,and summarized the connotation of transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing from the perspective of industry 4.0,on this basis of which conducted mechanism analysis on how technology spillover influenced transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing from the perspective of industry 4.0.Secondly on the basis of theoretical analysis this paper built the evaluation index system of industrial transformation and upgrading of the our country's equipment manufacturing industry from the perspective of industry 4.0,and combining the structure entropy weight method and improved CRITIC method for empowermentto measure the transformation and upgrading level and the each subsystem's level of the equipment manufacturing industry.Then setting the example of Yangtze river delta region,measured the four provinces' technology spillover level of import trade channel and FDI channel from the perspective of industry 4.0,and finally build panel data model,combining other variables affecting the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry,to explore the effects of international technology spillover on the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article points out that under the background of industrial 4.0,the world's developed countries in manufacturing industry is leading the development of global advanced intelligent manufacturing technology.The equipment manufacturing industry in our country is facing the new development environment,so it must raise the level of foreign trade to accept the technology spillover from developed countries in manufacturing industry,and through the introduction-digestion,absorption and re-innovation to improve the technical level and comprehensive competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry in our country,thus to speed up the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in our country.
