The Study On The Problems And Improvements Of Transformation And Upgrading Of Luzhou Equipment Manufacturing Industry

With the development of China's economy and the upgrading of manufacturing technology,equipment manufacturing industry has attracted new development opportunities,through the transformation and upgrading of China's industrial upgrading can play an effective role in promoting.At present,China is in the new norm of economic development,all regions are rapidly carrying out economic innovation and upgrading and transformation,give priority to the development of high-end technology equipment manufacturing industry,through the equipment manufacturing industry innovation to achieve healthy and sustainable economic and social development.Countries and local governments are also very concerned about the equipment manufacturing industry,and through the combination of actual economic development to develop an effective incentive policies to support and guide the equipment manufacturing industry to achieve rapid transformation of the development goals.Luzhou one of the four major industries is the equipment manufacturing industry,which is the economic development of Luzhou has played a very important role.However,Luzhou City in the equipment manufacturing industry is still facing the development of the industry chain is too short,the industry is small,lack of innovation problems,so there is a lot of industrial upgrading.This paper analyzes the current situation of Luzhou City from the aspects of government guidance,industrial upgrading and transformation,the formulation of industrial policy and other theoretical aspects,the application of qualitative and quantitative analysis,literature research,PEST analysis,case analysis and SWOT analysis This paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the current policy,and makes a comparative analysis on the development experience of equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad.Finally,according to the actual conditions of Luzhou City,it is proposed to promote the upgrading and transformation of equipment manufacturing industry in Luzhou City Effective countermeasures.In this article,to promote the transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry in Luzhou,the need to proceed from the following five aspects:(1)to strengthen the development of equipment manufacturing industry leadership;(2)to strengthen financial security;Improve the technological innovation system;(4)to support enterprises to expand the market;(5)to strengthen the construction of qualified personnel.Only in this way can we promote the Yangtze River Economic Development Zone and the development of high-tech economic development zone,the existing industrial area in Luzhou into an important equipment manufacturing base.
