Since twenty-first Century,the new generation employees have gradually become the main force of social production.They have a wide field of vision and active thinking and have brought vitality to the enterprises.But they have high psychological expectations,lack of sense of security and belonging,and ability of endure frustration is low.And they often choose to quit when face with various problems in work.Therefore,they are difficult to maintain high loyalty to the enterprise,and then,their work performance will be affected.It has become an urgent problem for the enterprise that how to effectively manage the new generation employees,stimulate their loyalty and improve their work performance.In recent years,the leadership forgiveness as a positive leadership behavior,has gradually attracted scholars' attention.Based on the above research,we explore the influence of leadership forgiveness on the performance of the new generation employees,and introduce employee loyalty as an intermediary variable from two dimensions of attitude loyalty and behavioral loyalty,and explore the relationship of the leadership forgiveness,employee loyalty and job performance.At the same time,we explore the mediating effects of employee loyalty in the influence path of leadership forgiveness on work performance.This research uses SPSS22.0 to analyze the reliability of the scales and the exploratory factor analysis,using AMOS21.0 to carry out confirmatory factor analysis to respectively testify the relationship leadership forgiveness,employee loyalty,job performance and their respective measurement variables.The second order confirmatory factor analysis of employee loyalty and job performance was carried out.Finally,the structural equation model among leadership forgiveness,employee loyalty and job performance was testified.The findings showed :(1)leadership forgiveness positively effect on loyalty and behavior loyalty of the new generation employees;(2)leadership forgiveness positively effect on task performance and relationship performance of the new generation employees;(3)attitude loyalty and behavior loyalty of the new generation employees positively effect on task performance and relationship performance;(4)mediation of loyalty of new generation employees in the impact of leadership forgiveness on job performance is fully supported.Among them,the attitude loyalty of the new generation employees is completely mediated by the influence of the leadership forgiveness on the task performance and the relationship performance.The behavior loyalty of the new generation employees is completely mediated by the influence of leadership forgiveness on task performance and relationship performance.Finally,we put forward the corresponding management enlightenment that according to the conclusions of the research.
