In the last few years the real estate industry of Wuhan City develops very fast ,which occupies the GDP comparison more and more , and will become a pillar industry of Wuhan City gradually. But compare with the city of the equal scale, the real estate industry development of Wuhan City falls behind. Because the benefits drives, large quantity various capital flows into the real estate industry. The quantity of Wuhan City real estate business enterprise is already 1123 in 2004, among them medium-sized and small-sized business enterprise occupies to 90% above. Facing the national macroscopic economic policy tightening, the vigorous market competition and gradually normal the market order, the real estate business enterprise exists more and more difficultly. The medium-sized and small-sized real estate business enterprise of Wuhan City neglects the human resource management, which leads to the employee running off serious and corporate lacking the talented person in management and marketing seriously. The human resource management becomes the bottleneck of enterprise development. The real estate business enterprise faces the difficulty that how to attract and reserve the excellent talented person. The human resource management is a key factor to raise the core competencies of company. First, this thesis analyzed the characteristics of Wuhan City medium-sized and small-sized real estate business enterprise; Secondly, it discussed the human resource management present condition of the real estate business enterprise of Wuhan City and analyzed the reason; Then, it analyzed the human resource management practice of Wuhan Xinde Real Estate Ltd., which including the payment, employee's performance, personnel training, corporate culture, encourage mechanism etc. Finally, it discussed the human resource management of the Xinde company practices to bring the real estate business enterprise of enlighten, and let the human resource management become strategy fulcrum of the medium-size and small scaled business enterprise development.
