Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Henan Provvince:Theoretical Analysis And Case Studies

In the process of social development,poverty in the 3P(Poverty,Population,and Pollution)is the dile mma that the world has long developed.As a specific socio-economic phenomenon,it is still a common pro blem faced by the world.Poverty alleviation has subsequently become a major issue of global concern and research.As the most populous developing country in the world,China,how to eliminate poverty is also an important factor constraining the stable development of its social economy.From 2013 to 2016,the number of poor people in China has fallen by more than 55 million people,and it has achieved a reduction of over 10 million people in poverty every year for four consecutive years.In spite of this,China still has more tha n 30 million impoverished people and the task of poverty eradication is still severe.This is the biggest polit ical task at this stage.In the process of poverty alleviation,experts and scholars from various countries hav e summed up various poverty alleviation and development modes such as poverty alleviation by the govern ment,industrial poverty alleviation,and ecological poverty alleviation.Through the study of poverty issues,industrial poverty alleviation is considered as a top priority in China's poverty alleviation and developmen t work.Through the development and practice of poverty alleviation work in various regions,we have achi eved relatively satisfactory results.The demand for poverty alleviation from poverty in Henan Province is s trong.Therefore,our province needs to adapt to the trend of poverty alleviation work,seize the opportunity to actively carry out the construction of industrial poverty alleviation,and strive to complete the goal of po verty reduction in advance.This article comprehensively uses literature research methods,case studies and other research methods to systematically study industrial poverty alleviation and mainstream theories both at home and abroad in o rder to construct the theoretical foundation of industrial poverty alleviation in Henan Province.And summed up the process of poverty alleviation and development in Henan Province and several major models,to pr ovide better experience for the development of industrial poverty in Henan Province to provide experience.The article conducts research from the following key points: First,it studies the status quo of industrial pov erty alleviation in Henan Province and has achieved results.Firstly,combing the current situation of Henan Province's industry;secondly,separately describe the three industrial achievements of industrial poverty all eviation in Henan Province;second,carry out case studies on typical places and explore its local practices;3 summarize and analyze the effects of industrial poverty alleviation in Henan Province,Discover and expl ore the main problems in the process of industrial poverty alleviation in Henan Province.Four major issues are raised,namely,the pro-poor industries are becoming assimilated;the poverty-relief planning lacks scien tificity;the dynamic management of poverty alleviation process needs to be improved;and the farmers' sub jectivity is poor.Finally,it proposes countermeasures for industrial poverty alleviation in Henan Province: Pay attention to the coordination of policy planning in the process of industrial development,select the lead ing industry,improve industrial planning,improve industrial poverty alleviation linkage and management model,and establish a benefit linkage mechanism to ensure the interests of participants.
