The Effect Evaluation And Path Optimization Of Supporting Industry Poverty Alleviation By Commercial Banks In Henan Province

Since China put forward the idea of precision poverty alleviation in 2013,the importance of industry poverty alleviation has been increasing and has attracted much attention from all walks of life.Practice shows that commercial financial institutions with commercial banks as the main body have the leverage to break through the poverty balance trap and lead the social capital poverty alleviation demonstration role,has become one of the main grasp of the implementation of industrial poverty alleviation.As a big province of agriculture and population,Henan Province is not only the rapid development zone of financial market,but also the key area of poverty alleviation.However,examining the current situation of supporting industry poverty alleviation by commercial banks in Henan Province,there is still insufficient power and mode to some extent Limited,single means and other problems,seriously restrict the effect of poverty alleviation.Accordingly,commercial banks in the provinces,such as the Central Plains Bank,need to be further guided to develop,cultivate and strengthen characteristic industries in poor areas,so as to increase the financial carrying capacity and the utilization rate of financial resources to support the continuous growth of poverty alleviation industries and the sustained increase in income of poor groups.Guided by Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism methodology,based on the basic judgment of the present situation of industrial poverty alleviation in Henan Province and relying on the background of the times of rural revitalization,this paper comprehensively applies agricultural economics,regional economics,finance,rural sociology and other theories and methods.To follow the research logic of "analysis of theoretical basis---basic pattern---analysis of existing problems---typical case analysis---development countermeasures and suggestions ",and insist on the division of empirical analysis and norm The research methods of combining analysis,comprehensive analysis with typical case analysis,static and dynamic,inductive and deductive,from the multi-dimensional angles of theory and practice,qualitative and quantitative,historical and realistic,domestic and foreign,macro and micro,try to objectively evaluate the actual effect of Henan commercial banks supporting industrial poverty alleviation and optimize the next development path.
