Research On The Relationship Between Innovation Drive And Performance Of Innovative Cluster Networks And Its Mechanism

In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,innovation-driven and industry-university-research cooperation have become an important way to improve cluster innovation performance.As the basis of value creation activities,innovation-driven not only provides the most original driving force for the development of clusters,but also is an important force to enhance the cooperation between industry,University and research of innovation clusters and realize economic development.Faced with the rapid development of Internet technology and increasingly fierce market environment,each cluster should make use of the advantages of collaborative innovation to enhance the strength of cluster development in order to achieve rapid economic development.The emergence of Industry-University-Research strategic alliances also provides a good opportunity for technology sharing,thus creating conditions for the improvement of technology transformation capability of cluster members.In recent studies,more and more scholars have come to realize that innovation drive plays a great role in promoting the development of innovation cluster member enterprises.Based on this,this paper carries out research to explore the impact of innovation drive on innovation performance and its mechanism.Through literature analysis,this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad.Based on the existing research,this paper expounds the factors affecting innovation performance of innovation clusters,further summarizes the conceptual model,then designs scales,collects data,and finally uses partial least squares method for research and analysis.This paper mainly discusses the following contents:(1)the impact of innovation-driven on innovation performance;(2)whether the ability of industry-university-research cooperation and technology transformation plays a mediating role between innovation-driven and innovation performance;(3)whether industry-university-research cooperation can affect technology transformation capability.The conclusions are as follows: the effect of innovation drive on innovation performance is not significant,which has a positive impact on industry-university-research cooperation and technology transformation ability,and the ability of industry-university-research cooperation and technology transformation can positively affect innovation performance;the ability of industry-university-researchcooperation and technology transformation can play a mediating role between innovation drive and innovation performance;at the same time,industry-university-research cooperation can create through technology transformation ability.New performance works.Based on this,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: innovative cluster member enterprises should strengthen the construction of innovation drive;strengthen the cooperation between industry,University and research,promote collaborative innovation activities among members,improve technology transformation ability,and then improve innovation performance;establish and improve rules and regulations to provide effective guarantee for improving innovation performance of innovation cluster.To a certain extent,this paper expands and deepens the research on cluster theory,which has important theoretical significance.It helps academia to form a new understanding of innovation performance of innovation cluster,and promotes the development of innovation practice,thus putting forward strategic suggestions for innovation cluster to improve its innovation performance.
