The Impact Of Property Income On Consumption Demand Of Urban And Rural Residents In Henan Province

The current principal contradiction in our society has been transformed into the people's demand for a better life and the reality of unbalanced economic development between the inadequate of conflict,the traditional "investment" and "export" pull more extensive mode of economic growth should not continue to expand is supported by residents' consumption of the domestic demand is an important way of promoting the transformation of the mode of economic growth and power.Expanding domestic demand and promoting growth are conducive to the balanced development of all the elements of the "three carriages" and make social and economic operation more stable.And the important content that promotes consumption is to raise dweller income,narrow the gap between rich and poor.In the composition of residents' income,property income has been growing rapidly in recent years,which has an important impact on the changes in the income structure of residents.As a large province with a large rural population,henan has a large gap between urban and rural areas in terms of wealth,and a large population and market.In addition,the development speed of henan has been accelerated in recent years,and the residents' property income and consumption have also presented unique characteristics,which is of strong persuasive and practical significance for the study of the relationship between the two.This paper selects various income data and consumption data of urban and rural residents in henan province from 2002 to 2015,measures the correlation between income and consumption,and focuses on the linear influence of property income on consumption.Eventually found that urban residents in henan province property income have positive positive effect on consumption,but rural residents property income is negative effect on consumption,this phenomenon and property income of rural residents in henan province and consumption habits.At the same time,considering the GE index of property income and consumption of urban and rural residents in henan province,it is found that the GE index of property income rises in the fluctuation and the consumer GE index declines steadily.It indicates that the consumption gap between urban and rural residents is gradually narrowing,while the wealth gap is gradually increasing.However,the huge disparity of wealth between urban and rural residents and the negative effect of rural property income on consumption mean that there must be special policies to control rural residents' income and consumption in henan province.If makes rural residents income structure to improve,the huge potential of rural consumption market will be stimulated,and at the same time,it will narrow the gap between the rich and the poor,rural and urban areas in henan province to further improve the consumer market in henan province,the transformation of the mode of economic growth and power.Research of this paper can be assigned to the residents' income in henan province,the urban and rural problems such as the gap between rich and poor has certain inspiration,for the perfection of the consumer market in henan province and the development,and it has reference significance to improve residents' life.
