The continuous improvement of the market economy,our country enterprise scale and quantity also shows growth trend.More and more enterprises into the market,leading to the enterprise survival and competition pressure.In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and occupy more market share,a lot of enterprises human resource management as the focus of future development staff incentive mechanism is to grasp.An important part of the enterprise human resources management system,establish an effective incentive mechanism,to meet the reasonable needs of employees at work,become the main force to supervise staff actively.Employees exert their potential,forming a team of centripetal force,contributing to the development of enterprises.So it has important meaning and function to explore the status quo of enterprise the incentive mechanism in our country.Study on the incentive mechanism of China's domestic market in a company,first of all,about the staff incentive mechanism research at home and abroad are analyzed,to understand the research status and shortage of foreign and domestic scholars in this aspect,and reviews the content and behavior type incentive theory to provide theoretical support for the study of Z company.The method used in this study include literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,selects the Z company as a case study,using foreign mature incentive theory research Z company incentive mechanism analysis process.The main purpose is to explore the trend of competition,first,China's enterprises are increasing,the present situation in the incentive mechanism of the company,mining from the status quo,which reflects the staff to formulate the incentive mechanism of loopholes and shortcomings;second,the urgent need to build a more perfect incentive mechanism based models and processes,for the rich our company incentive mechanism theory,construct the survival of Chinese market economic activities in the company.a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 500 employees in Z company.The questionnaires included performance appraisal forms,salary and benefits settings,incentive measures and long-term staff development Finally,according to the present situation of Z company's incentive mechanism,put forward starting from the investigation of staff needs,set the optimization principle of excitation mechanism,enrich the incentive program and focus on the use of optimization measures based diversified incentive means for example,play a role in the team,increase the long-term incentive way,increase the punishment and reward employees,build a perfect training system and employees of each department to develop the job rotation system.In order to ensure the orderly development of the incentive mechanism,complementary security measures are put forward to improve.The innovation of this paper is to study the theory and practice of staff incentive mechanism of Z company problems and optimization measures,to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the incentive mechanism theory of our country academic circles;also provide measures and methods can be used for the vast majority of enterprises in our country.
