Commercial banks,as special enterprises operating money business, are places where risks gather. Therefore,in order to develop stably,it is necessary to supervise the risks of banks effectively. In commercial banks, credit business occupies an important position, and the profits obtained through lending are one of the important sources of bank income. With the reform of China's housing system, the real estate industry has gradually become the pillar industry to support the development of our national economy.Real estate enterprises continue to apply to commercial banks for financing, and banks, for their own needs of development, make the real estate credit business to be fully developed. On the one hand,it helps the banks to make more profits,on the other hand,Also accelerated the development of real estate enterprises. However, with a large amount of money pouring into the real estate industry, the real estate credit risk is gradually highlighted. The outbreak of the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States in 2008 made our country realize the importance of controlling the real estate credit risk. The study of the impact of the subprime mortgage crisis on the real estate credit risk of commercial banks in China can provide countermeasures and suggestions for our country to deal with the sub-prime mortgage crisis, and also provide the theoretical basis for the development of credit business of commercial banks in China.Reduce the non-performing loan ratio in the real estate industry. This paper uses theoretical and empirical analysis to explore the impact of the subprime mortgage crisis in 2008 on the credit risk of commercial banks in China.Firstly, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of commercial bank's real estate credit market.Under the influence of national macroeconomic policy, the real estate market relies on bank loans too much, and the improper management of real estate credit risk is the main problem in the real estate credit market of commercial banks in China. Then, the Logistic multiple regression model is used to study the impact of the subprime mortgage crisis on the real estate credit risk of commercial banks in China.Collection of 25 listed real estate companies Using principal component analysis and multivariate regression analysis,a real estate credit risk early warning model is established. This paper collects the financial index data of 15 enterprises before and after the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, and puts it into the Logistic multivariate regression model that has been established, and draws the conclusion that the outbreak of the sub-prime mortgage crisis in the United States leads to the rise of the real estate credit risk of commercial banks in our country. Finally,by studying the changes of credit risk in commercial banks before and after the subprime mortgage crisis, the paper puts forward three countermeasures, that is,we should prudently adopt the means of macroeconomic regulation and control, continuously widen the financing channels of real estate credit, and perfect the management system of real estate credit risk.
