Analysis On The Influencing Factors Of The Export Of Service Trade In Beijing

In recent years,China's service trade has been developing rapidly.With the deepening of the liberalization of foreign trade,the proportion of total trade in services has increased gradually.In 2016,China service trade first break to 5 trillion yuan,increased 14.2% compared to 2015,this phenomenon is fit to the "13th Five-Year" plan,service trade has become an important part of China's foreign trade development.This paper focused on Beijing.In April 1,2017,China set up xiongan District,for ease Beijing's non-capital functions and ease many low value-added industries,in this context,Beijing still vigorously develop trade in services,and achieved remarkable results.Service trade developing rapidly and expanding continuously.But there are also many problems,such as the deficit of service trade,the proportion of total exports is descending,the export growth is instability and so on.How to realize the growth of Beijing's service trade export to adapt to the rapid development of Beijing is a big problem.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of Beijing's service trade export,and puts forward suggestions for Beijing's service trade development based on the achievements and problems.At present,the research on the influencing factors of the service trade in Beijing are mainly focused on FDI,human capital,the export scale of trade in goods,GDP and so on,analysis of these factors are notclosely combined with the characteristics of the service trade in Beijing,which the author think are very important.By linking the firm heterogeneity of new-new trade theory with the export of Beijing service trade,and combining the development background of service industry in Beijing,the author integrates the financing constraints and industrial clusters into the analysis of factors,and uses grey correlation to relate the14 factors of influence factors selected.The results are divided into three grades,including strong influence factors,general influence factors and weak influence factors,and the main influencing factors in each grade are analyzed.In the end,the article puts forward four pertinent policy suggestions according to the result analysis of grey relation,and pay more attention to which has strong influence on the export of service trade in Beijing.For example,the industrial cluster and the level of urbanization in the strong influence factors,it is suggested that Beijing should improve the regional innovation ability and attract the advanced service industries and actively support financial innovation,raise the level of financing and optimize the distribution of service industry and export distribution,and encourage enterprises to improve their productivity.
