In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge becomes real capital and primary wealth.The high-tech industry plays an important role in the process of economic development with its characteristics of high knowledge,high technology and high added value.These characteristics of the high-tech industry make open innovation an inevitable choice for high-tech enterprises to carry out technological innovation.Because open innovation is the inevitable product of social development and technological progress,it can meet the practical needs of enterprise management and it is feasible under the existing technology.Open innovation paradigm can provide a variety of knowledge sources for the enterprise,avoid the high-cost of internal R&D and meet the high knowledge-intensive needs of innovation,thus raising the success rate of innovation and shortening the time for commercializing innovation results.So that enterprises can in the shortest possible time,the technological advantage into the competitive advantage of enterprises.At the same time,the continuous progress of communication technology provides a technical basis for the participants in the open innovation to share knowledge and exchange information in real time.In this thesis,the high-tech industry in Guangdong Province is chosen as the research object,and the open innovation performance of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province is studied,mainly including five steps.First,it analyzes the production and operation of high-tech industries and the development of open innovation in Guangdong.It analyzes the production and management situation from five aspects,the number of enterprises,the average number of employees,the main business income,the total profit and the export delivery value,the development of open innovation is analyzed from four aspects,that is,the introduction of technology expenditure,the purchase of domestic technical expenditure,the main business income and the number of effective invention patents.Secondly,the evaluation index system of open innovation performance of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province is constructed.This part first defines the open innovation and the open innovation performance;it points out the theoretical basis of open innovation;then we use the grey relational clustering evaluation model to analyze the influencing indexes of the open innovation performance,and then build the evaluation index system of the open innovation performance.Thirdly,we evaluate the open innovation performance of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province;this part uses entropy method to evaluate the overall open innovation performance of Guangdong high-tech industry and the open innovation performance of the four industries of Guangdong high-tech industry.And find out the most important factors that affect the performance of open innovation.Then,the grey relational analysis is used to analyze the correlation betweenindexes in the open innovation performance evaluation index system of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province.Fourthly,the open innovation performance of Guangdong Province and other provinces and cities in China is compared and analyzed.Fifthly,putting forward countermeasures on the basis of research results.There are five main conclusions.(1)The electronics and communications equipment manufacturing industry is a pillar industry of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province;the development of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province has become less dependent on Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan-funded enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises,and has become more dependent on domestic enterprises.(2)The improvement of the open innovation performance of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province mainly relies on the improvement of the ability to obtain open resources,openness and absorptive capacity.(3)The ranking of the open innovation performance of the four industries in high-tech industry in Guangdong is from high to low in the order of the electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry,the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,the computer and office equipment manufacturing industry,the medical equipment and instrument manufacturing industry.(4)Guangdong Province high-tech industry open innovation performance has been ranked first in the country,and it plays an increasingly important role in the national open innovation system.(5)The advantages of the open innovation development of high-tech industries in Guangdong Province are the high efficiency of digestion and absorption of technology introducing from foreign and the quality of human resources;the disadvantages of open innovation development of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province are technical transform capability and the ability to develop domestic technology.The utilization efficiency of the technique is two aspects.According to the research results of open innovation performance evaluation,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the open innovation performance of high-tech industry in Guangdong Province are as follows: strengthen the support of the electronic and communications equipment manufacturing industry,improving the ability to obtain open resources,expanding the degree of openness,enhancing absorptive capacity,and improving the ability of technological transformation,improving the system environment and building a high quality human resources system.
