As the main body of economic construction and ecological environment,land resources play an extremely important role in social development.in recent years,land carrying capacity has become the core of land resources evaluation and sustainable utilization research.However,due to the differences of economic and social development level,industrial structure and natural environment,the evaluation methods and influencing factors of land carrying capacity should also be targeted for different research areas.Therefore,the evaluation and analysis of land carrying capacity from the perspective of urban differential development is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.In this paper,the research framework of land carrying capacity evaluation based on different urban development types is established,the main components of this framework are as follows: firstly,according to the characteristics of economic development,industrial structure,population,society and ecological environment of the study area,11 factors related to urban differential development are extracted.on this basis,principal component analysis(PCA)is used to reduce the dimension of the study area,and the key influencing factors are found out.combined with KMedoids algorithm,21 regions in Sichuan province are divided into 4 different urban development types,which are compared with ward method.Secondly,on the basis of the classification of urban development types,from the urban social,economic and ecological aspects,the evaluation index system of land comprehensive bearing capacity is constructed,the entropy method is used to determine the index weight,and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the evaluation model of land comprehensive bearing capacity based on urban differentiation is established,and then the land comprehensive bearing capacity of different urban types is analyzed from the horizontal and vertical angles.finally,the main influencing factors of land bearing capacity are analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1)through the classification of urban development types,the cities are divided into: development advantage type,industrial processing type,balanced development type and resource service type;(2)there are significant differences in land carrying capacity between different development types of cities;Among them,the land carrying capacity of developing dominant city is the strongest,and the land carrying capacity of resource-oriented city is relatively weak.(3)the main factors affecting land carrying capacity are social progress factors and ecological environment factors.Based on the traditional land carrying capacity evaluation,this paper introduces the theory of urban differential development,adopts the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,and uses a large number of statistical analysis methods,such as cluster analysis,to evaluate the land carrying capacity.The result is scientific and reasonable.And it is of great significance to carry out differentiated research on land bearing capacity of development types of cities and to give full play to regional advantages.
