Research On The Entrepreneurship Policy Of The Returnees Studying In Hunan

Returned overseas students are a group of people who are creative,full of innovative awareness and energetic.They learn and accumulate experiences abroad,and some of the more scientific ideas and knowledge that they learn abroad are human resources that need to be considered.For Hunan and even our country Economic reform and development are of great significance.More and more scholars have come back to China to visit the country,and one of their employment and entrepreneurship has ushered in one after another peak.How to actively guide them to start a business is also a problem that Hunan needs to solve.Based on these questions,through questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted on Hunan's returnees to China's entrepreneurial backbone classes,we learned about the entrepreneurial basic information and entrepreneurial difficulties of returned overseas students,and some views on Hunan's entrepreneurial policy reform in the future.The study of entrepreneurial policies will inevitably lead to the analysis of entrepreneurial-related theories,and summarize the current research related theories at home and abroad.A brief review of the development process of Hunan's returnees'entrepreneurial policies and a review of the policies for returning home from overseas that were introduced in Hunan over the years;an analysis of some of the current status of current policies,and a description of some of the current status of entrepreneurial policies.Including the current policy on the exchange of friendship between the returned overseas students,the establishment of the Hunan Returned Overseas Study Union,and the beginning of diversification of the management agencies,etc.Based on the questionnaires and interviews conducted by the personnel of Hunan returning from overseas entrepreneurship classes,the problems of the current entrepreneurship of returned overseas students in Hunan are analyzed,blindness is found in the entrepreneurial policy services,the entrepreneurial environment is not perfect,and the entrepreneurial service system is not perfect.problem.Most of the interviews with returned overseas students also put forward suggestions on these issues.Finally,suggestions on how to improve the current status of the policy and draw inspiration from the issues.For the improvement of government capacity,the study,improvement and improvement of the entrepreneurial policy of returned overseas students in Hunan from the three approaches of service mode,service details,and innovation service.In the aspect of innovation of entrepreneurial financial policies,the focus is on solving the male problem of entrepreneurial financing,and by introducing more investors,the attractiveness of entrepreneurship is enhanced.The implementation of policy implementation and relevant improvement methods also need to be supervised,and improvement of policies must be accompanied by the operation of a safeguards mechanism.
