Study On The Development Strategy Of Industrial Transformation In Tongyuanpu Town Of Fengcheng City

In China has entered a new stage of building a well-off society,the urban economy has made rapid development and continue to maintain the momentum of rapid development,both the quality of economic operation or industrial upgrading and development level are rising.Compared with the rapid development of the urban economy,resource-based urban economic development is a serious lag.With the development of the scientific concept of development and in-depth implementation,how to coordinate urban and rural development,promote the transformation of resource-based urban industrial development has become an urgent theoretical and practical issues.This paper first combed the related theories of the industrial transformation and development of resource-based cities and towns,clarified the relevant theoretical framework,and analyzed the current situation base of Tong Yuan Town,and summed up the confusion of the spatial layout and structure,the serious balance of industrial structure,the backward infrastructure and the crisp ecological environment in the current development of the town of Tong Yuan town This paper analyzes the causes of its problems and discusses the necessity of industrial transformation and development in Tong Yuan Bao town.Based on the study of relevant scholars,this paper sums up the eight types of mode of industrial transformation and development in resource-based cities and towns,including the mode of industrial migration,the overall relocation model,the mode of external support,the pendulum commuter mode,the optimized transportation mode,the industrial introduction model,the extended industrial chain model and the renewal leading industry model From the four aspects of its own economic scale,space location conditions,industrial resources endowment and industry development cycle,this paper analyzes the influence of industrial transformation and development of resource-based cities and towns,which provides a theoretical basis for the mode selection of industrial transformation and development in Tong Yuan town.Finally,this paper,based on the development model of Tong Yuan Town,has implemented the industrial transformation of Tong Yuan town in four aspects:the development strategy of Tong Yuan Town,the strategy and thought of the industrial transformation and development of Tong Yuan Town,the rational use of land in the landing process and the harmonious development of the remote town.Development in order to provide reference and reference for the transformation and development of similar cities in China.
