With the development of market economy in our country,the loss of talents,especially Technical staff in state-owned enterprises is paid more and more attention to,and the loss of a large number of Technical staff which is not the will of the enterprises restricts the sustainable development of enterprises.How to solve the problem of the loss of Technical staff in state-owned enterprises,to achieve the stabilization of the talent team and improve the performance of the talent has become the main problems facing human resources management in state-owned enterprises.Jinxi Petrochemical Branch is a large petroleum refining enterprise,in recent years,a more serious loss of technical staff.This study is aimed at the loss of technical staff in Jinxi Petrochemical Branch,in order to explore the causes of the loss,propose solutions,and draw conclusions and inspirations that are beneficial to the company and can be used as reference for similar state-owned enterprises.Based on the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the loss of technical staff in Jinxi Petrochemical Branch and puts forward some countermeasures.The results show that the turnover rate of technical staff is always higher than that of employees in Jinxi Petrochemical Branch.The factors leading to the loss of technical staff in Jinxi Petrochemical Branch are many,including lack of competitive pay mechanism,imperfect performance appraisal system,poor training effectiveness and narrow career development channel.Jinxi petrochemical branch should be targeted to solve the loss of technical staff,such as optimizing the compensation system for technical staff,improving the performance appraisal system,enhancing the effectiveness of training,broadening the promotion channels of technical staff.
