In the era of knowledge-based economy,enterprises are desperate for knowledge,and the rapid development of technology facilitates the spread of knowledge.There is a great deal of knowledge inside and outside the enterprise.In this kind of contradictory environment,how to use knowledge to gain benefits,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises,becomes a problem that every enterprise management needs to solve in depth.Enterprise competence theory and knowledge management theory provide a possible research perspective.According to the theory of enterprise competence,the core competitiveness of enterprises is the source of enterprises maintaining competitive advantage in the fierce competition.Knowledge-based corporate capabilities believe that competitive advantage does not come from the knowledge itself,but from the knowledge acquisition and management methods.Knowledge management theory believes that enterprises' knowledge recognition,screening,absorption,sharing,and dissemination can improve organizational performance.Based on the above theories,this paper builds a theoretical model of tacit knowledge acquisition to achieve knowledge management performance through knowledge management.According to the knowledge attribute,the tacit knowledge acquisition is divided into skill-type tacit knowledge acquisition and cognition tacit knowledge acquisition.The knowledge integration ability is divided into systematic ability,cooperative ability and socialization ability,analyze the mechanism of tacit knowledge acquisition for each dimension and innovation performance,and verify the mediating effect of knowledge integration ability between tacit knowledge acquisition and innovation performance.Through the 263 questionnaires of SMEs in Zhejiang Province and Jiangsu Province,we use SPSS19.0 to do empirical analysis.This article draws the following conclusion:First,the acquisition of tacit knowledge has a positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises.Among them,the acquisition of skilled tacit knowledge has more significant influence on innovation performance than cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition.This is because skills such as production technology,management,and marketing can be quickly used by companies,and the impact on innovation performance is more obvious The cognition of cultural construction,production processes,and organization management is based on organizational systems and strategies.The influence on the enterprise is imperceptible.Second,knowledge integration capabilities have significant positive impact on corporate performance.Among them,the cooperative ability has the greatest influence on the enterprise performance,followed by the socialization ability and the systematic ability.This is because,compared with the large-scale enterprises,the procedures and practices of SME organizations are relatively imperfect,and the employees in the enterprises are generally brought together through the.trust and common vision of internal members.Therefore,the SMEs should strengthen the system construction,improve socialization ability and the systematic ability.Third,verify the mediating effect of knowledge integration ability on tacit knowledge acquisition and innovation performance.Among them,knowledge integration ability plays a complete mediation between cognitive tacit knowledge acquisition and innovation performance,the systematic ability and the cooperative ability in the knowledge integration ability play a complete mediation role between the skill-type tacit knowledge acquisition and the innovation performance,socialization ability plays a partial intermediary role between skill-based tacit knowledge acquisition and innovation performance.Organizations should strengthen organizational learning to integrate fragmented knowledge with the existing knowledge of the enterprise so that knowledge can work.
