Research On The Influence Factors Of Multi-participator Synergy Innovation Platform Governance Performance

In the era of knowledge-based economy,science and technology innovation has more extensively influence on the economic and social development,open innovation and implemented innovation-driven development strategy,which has become one of the important channels to increase Chinese comprehensive competitiveness.Innovation driving can enhance the core competitiveness of regional industries,with the establishment of a multi-participator Synergy Innovation Platform(SIP)which can cluster innovative capital,talents,achievements and policies.Since the "2011 plan",the SIP encountered in friendly environment,colleges and universities,research institutes,and enterprises all over the country taken an active part in the collaborative innovation environment.However,most SIPs have focused on the indicators of input and output,instead of the governance performance of SIPs' function.As a result,problems such as fuzzy platform operating mechanism,waste of sci-tech resources and low conversion rate have emerged.Therefore,this thesis studies the following questions: how to govern SIP,how to judge the SIP governance performance and what factors affect the governance performance,so as to provide theoretical basis for the existing problems in SIP governance reference.This thesis takes the multi-participator SIP as research object,and uses the theory of network organization governance to clarifies the concepts of "multi-participator SIP" and "SIP governance performance".By using method of literature analysis and expert consultation,this paper have determined the measurement dimensions of SIP governance performance,including the participants' ability improvement,the effectiveness of cooperation and the improvement of industrial performance.Besides,three levels of influence factors are obtained after successive encoding processes,which are innovative participants' characteristics,network relations' characteristics and innovation environment.After the structural equation model test,the following conclusions are drawn : synergy innovation environment and the network relation have a positive impact on the SIP governance performance.That is to say,these factor: platform governance,policy environment,social environment,accordance and trust among participants have influence on the SIP governance performance.Factors of participants' characteristics such as willingness,resources and competence have no significant effect on the SIP governance performance.From the perspective of multi-participator,this thesis applied the governance theory of network organization to the SIP,provided a new perspective for the research of SIP.In addition,this thesis designed a questionnaire to measure the SIP governance performance and a questionnaire to measure the influence factors of the SIP governance.To some extent,both of the above points are Originally.
