Abstract/Summary:
Under the situation of global economic integration,big data and the continuous development of shared economy,enterprise innovation follows,and the theory and practice of human resource management have undergone tremendous changes.Human resource management is no longer a simple matter to handle the daily work of human resources,but should start from the strategy to serve the business of the company,so as to meet the requirements of "customers" as the premise.Under this requirement,the positioning and functions of human resource management have also changed,and the organizational model of human resource management needs to be changed.At present,the "three pillars" model of human resources has become a hot research topic in the field of human resources management organizational reform.This theory has been successfully applied to the organizational reengineering of human resource management in large enterprises.In order to solve the problems of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises represented by SEDANT,the artice explores how to use the "three pillars" model to re-organize human resource management.First of all,based on the theory of organization design,organization reengineering theory,the "three pillars" model theory and strategic human resources management theory,combining the strategic goals of SEDANT(Sedant Foundation Holdings Co.,Ltd),the company’s strategic planning and human resources management present situation analysis,found the human resource management in the existing organization mode of SEDANT.In the process of collectivization,diversified development path,a series of problems unclear responsibility positioning chaos accrual system,approval process trival,bloated organization configuration,lack of incentive mechanism and so on.Secondly,in order to completely change this situation,ensure the implementation of corporate strategic objectives,and enable the company’s human resource management organization to efficiently serve the company’s business,SEDANT needs to start from a strategic perspective,redefine the positioning and functions of human resource management,establish a clear management process,and make full use of the information system to re-organize human resource management.In this process,the enterprise status,strategy,human resource management organization status and the "three pillars" model are combined for a unified analysis,and the "three pillars" model established by SEDANT industry is reasonable and inevitable.Thirdly,the idea of human resource management organization reengineering based on the "three pillars" model is obtained,and it is organized and implemented according to this idea,namely the establishment of Shared service platform,business support platform and expert management platform: the Shared service platform shall assume the responsibility of improving the efficiency of human resource management;Business support platform to closely service business and promote business development;From the perspective of senior experts and strategy,the expert management platform provides professional tools and the right development direction for the whole enterprise group’s human resource management to ensure the efficient implementation of the strategy.The artice has important guiding significance for the healthy and sustainable development of SEDANT,and has reference significance for the reengineering of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises similar to diversified groups.This research can also provide a reference for enterprises to cope with the new situation in the development process of human resource management,so as to make human resource management a true strategic and business partner of enterprises,so as to ensure the realization of strategic objectives of enterprises.
