With the increasing diversification of people's needs and the rapid development of information technology,the manufacturing industry has shifted from focusing on “products” to focusing on product-related “services”.From the manufacturing sector to the R&D design sector and marketing service sector,the manufacturing industry is gradually showing the trend of service.However,the development of service manufacturing in the manufacturing industry has not been smooth.Some manufacturing companies even face the “service paradox”—it is more difficult for companies to obtain profit growth through service increase than expected.It can be seen that the service development of some enterprises is not mature.In order to ensure a more stable process of manufacturing services,this paper has established an index system that can comprehensively evaluate the maturity of service manufacturing.And this paper evaluates the maturity of the manufacturing services of the specific company,and combines the results of evaluations to put forward feasible countermeasures for the third parties other than the company and the government.First of all,through the analysis of the concept and features of manufacturing service,the concept of maturity,the development and application of maturity theory,and the concept of smile-curve theory,the concepts of SC-based manufacturing service and manufacturing service maturity are defined.Secondly,combining the concept of maturity of SC-based manufacturing service,the factors affecting the maturity of manufacturing service are analyzed from the front-end maturity of the “smile curve”,the back-end maturity of the “smile curve” and the maturity of the service guarantee.On this basis,through the reference of the index systems of relevant evaluation researches,combined with the investigation and expert group on the field investigation of 5 typical manufacturing enterprises of the Harbin motor factory limited liability company,the Harbin Institute of Technology robotic company,the Daqing Petrochemical Co,the Daqing oilfield Qingxin Industrial Company and the China north car Qiqihar branch,according to the construction principle of index system,the index system of SC-based manufacturing service maturity is built.Thirdly,we set up the unascertained measurement model of manufacturing service maturity.In terms of data collection,we use questionnaires,interviews and copywriters to collect data.Considering the influence of the subjectivity of expert experience on the evaluation results,this effect is reduced by the methods of expert reliability parameter,blind number matrix and expert cross grade scoring.Finally,taking the HD as an example,we evaluate the maturity of its manufacturing service.According to the results of the evaluation,in conjunction with the actual situation of the development of the company's manufacturing services,we stand by third parties other than the company and the government to provide constructive opinions.
