Study On Path Selection Of Manufacturing Service Transformation In Yangtze River Economic Zone Under The Perspective Of Smiling Curve

With the internet information age is coming,the methods people get information is becoming more and more diversified,nowadays upgraded and the upgrades and high-end consumer trends have become more and more obvious,consumers' understanding of consumption is also from the pursuit of "cost performance" change to the pursuit of"individuation".Therefore,if China's manufacturing industry wants to break through the development constraints facing today and keep up with the trend of the development of the times,it is the best measure to implement the manufacturing service transformation.Besides,in recent years,the national government has also paid great attention to the development of the Yangtze River Economic Zone in China,and has issued numerous related development policies.Manufacturing industry occupies an important leading position in Yangtze River Economic Zone.Under today's fierce market competition environment and the push of the national govermment,the awareness of manufacturing service transformation in Yangtze River Economic Zone has been initially formed.But in the process of the transformation,the problems such as how to transform and how to select the path of transformation all need to be solved urgently.Study on the problem of the manufacturing service transformation in Yangtze Ri'ver Economic Zone is not only consistent with the strategy requirements of national development,but also provides some practical guidance for enterprises in Yangtze River Economic Zone to implement manufacturing service transformation.This paper mainly does the following research:(1)This paper reviews the existing research achievements in the field of manufacturing service transformation,analyzes the research hotspots,the difficulties and blind spots in this field.Under the theory of the smiling curve,focusing on the study of the path selection of manufacturing service transformation in Yangtze River Economic Zone.(2)Analyzed the present situation of manufacturing service transformation of the manufacturing industry listed companies in Yangtze River Economic Zone,mainly analyzes the internal and external market competition in Yangtze River Economic Zone,and under the theory of the smiling curve,analyzed the changes in the added value of each link of the industrial chain of the manufacturing industry listed companies that is implementing the manufacturing service transformation.(3)Drawing out the smiling curve map of the manufacturing service transformation of the listed companies in Yangtze River Economic Zone,and constructed a regression model of the smiling curve map,selected the most suitable service transformation path for the listed companies in Yangtze River Economic Zone.(4)Classified the manufacturing service transformation paths of manufacturing industry listed companies in Yangtze River Economic Zone,gives the characteristics of applicable objects and countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of each classified path.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyzes the intermal and external market competition in Yangtze River Economic Zone,constructed the market competition matrix model with the two indexes of market competition and market competition.(2)The paths of manufacturing service transformation in Yangtze River Economic Zone can be classified into four categories,including the service transformation path of the upstream industrial chain,the service transformation path of the downstream industrial chain,the transformation path of the upstream and downstream industrial chain and the service transformation path of the complete abandon manufacturing.(3)Light industrial products manufacturing industry and mechanical and electronic equipment manufacturing industry in upstream area suitable for the service transition path of upstream industrial chain,resource processing and manufactUring industry in upstream and middle area suitable for the service transformation of downstream industry chain.Resource processing and manufacturing industry in downstream area and mechanical and electronic equipment manufacturing industry in downstream area suitable for the service transformation of upstream and downstream industrial chain.Light industrial products manufacturing industry and mechanical and electronic equipment manufacturing industry in middle area suitable for the service transformation of complete abandon manufacturing.Light industrial products manufacturing industry in downstream area should continue to develop its manufacturing links and gives up manufacturing service transformation.
