Satisfaction Evaluation Of Basic Endowment Insurance For Urban Employees In Fulaerji District

The basic old-age insurance system for urban workers in Fulaerji has been developing from February 1996 to today.It has made great contributions to the social stability of the rich region economy,and has both achievements and shortcomings.The satisfaction of urban employees to basic pension insurance is small,reflecting the process of modernization of social governance in Qigihar.With the development of the painting roll in 13 th Five-Year,it is the most important thing to maintain and improve the social livelihood of the society in Longjiang.The expected value of the urban workers to the pension insurance is getting higher and higher.Based on the questionnaire data of Fulaerji District of Qigihar,this paper studies the evaluation of the pension insurance system through the data of the demographic indicators and the urban workers' pension insurance policy,the pension insurance institutions and the satisfaction of the street committee.Using statistical tools to analyze,the survey data show that the overall satisfaction of urban workers to the basic old-age insurance can be evaluated.Age and education,pension payment payment file,and the attitude of old-age insurance institutions will affect the satisfaction of the urban workers.The study shows that the satisfaction degree of urban workers to the endowment insurance policy is relatively low,and the payment stall,subsidy ratio and retirement policy will also have an impact.Urban workers have a higher evaluation of endowment insurance institutions,and the supervision,efficiency and policy promotion of pension institutions will have an impact on them.From this,we will put forward suggestions for pertinence.
