Currently, the new generation of workers in the labor market in a dominant position, they generally accept higher education, comprehensive high-quality, but diversified background information, create their unique qualities, in the workplace, in the formation of personality quite professional values, one of the achievements require particularly fancy, nasty business in complex relationships, hope in the enterprise rapid promotion. Second, the emphasis on material reward, hoping to get a high salary, high reward. The third is to promote a happy, happy life, corporate office environment put forward new demands.Existing management companies and the new generation of employees demand a violent collision occurs, the growing conflict between the two, the new generation of employee burn out problems, frequent job-hopping problem, "bare speech" phenomenon often happens, to bring a very impact, on the one hand, a direct result of the loss of talented employees of enterprises, increasing recruitment costs, training costs, employment costs; on the other hand, the frequent movement of personnel within the company affected morale and efficiency of other service personnel, resulting in this part of the staff the psychological costs.This paper analyzes the characteristics and status of the new generation of employees population stability of the new generation of employees, explains why these problems occur, the company through H EAP project implementation case analysis, the conclusion that the use of EAP can enhance the stability of the new generation of professional staff conclusion.
