Research On Methods Of Training Talents Majoring Logistics Management Innovation Ability In Colleges

Under the demand of building an innovative country,the logistics industry,as an important basic service industry for promoting the country's economic development and social progress,also needs more new ideas,new technologies and new methods.This requires that the logistics industry personnel have a higher ability of innovation and overall quality.On the one hand,it can better adapt to the progress of science and technology.On the other hand,it can continuously promote the development of the industry.Colleges and universities are an important base for training logistics management personnel.Therefore,it is the responsibility and obligation of colleges and universities to train qualified logistics management personnel for the society.However,there are still many problems in the field of logistics management in our country in training creative talents at present.How to cultivate the talented logistics personnel who meet the needs of the society and innovate through the reform and innovation of the teaching mode is the question constantly explored and tried by universities,scholars and experts.This article aims at the lack of innovation ability of logistics management professionals,and explores the ways to train the innovation ability of logistics management professionals.Mainly based on innovative personnel training theory,combined with the domestic and foreign logistics management personnel training of the latest research results,using questionnaires,field interviews and other research methods,this article investigates the training process of logistics management professionals in H University and finds out the problems existing in the training of innovation ability of logistics management professionals in this university.On this basis,it absorbs the advanced teaching experience and methods of domestic and foreign colleges and universities to formulate an improved plan for the training of innovative ability of logistics management professionals in H University.What's more,combined with the actual situation of H University,this article puts forward safeguard measures for the improvement plan to meet the needs of colleges and universities for building innovative countries and cultivating innovative talents,as well as the market for that logistics management professionals must have the ability to innovate.
