Research On The Influence Of Patent On The Innovation Ability Of Logistics Transport Technology

Under the background of the new normal of economic development,the strategy of innovation-driven development has become an important support for the development of science and technology economy and even the competition of national status.Logistics as one of the basic industries to promote national economic development,the implementation of innovation-driven strategy is the only way to drive the economic development of logistics industry,and logistics transportation as the focus of the whole logistics industry,it is very important to improve the innovation and development of logistics transportation technology.In the whole development of logistics and transportation technology innovation,intellectual property rights can promote technological innovation,but also an important means to protect technological innovation achievements,among which patents in intellectual property rights are an important tool to measure technological innovation achievements.Based on this,this paper will study the technological innovation ability of logistics transportation from the perspective of patent.This paper first carries on the literature research,discusses the current logistics transportation technology main research aspect,and combs the logistics transportation technology,the technological innovation,the technological innovation ability and the patent related theory.It is found that many scholars combine patent with logistics transportation technology and construct related evaluation system,but there is little research on the influence of patent on logistics transportation innovation ability.Therefore,on the basis of the research on the evaluation system,this paper boldly constructs the hypothetical model of the influence of patent index on the innovation ability of logistics technology.So as to verify whether the construction of the hypothesis model is reasonable for the purpose of the research.First,the quantity,quality and value of Chinaundefineds logistics transportation patent are studied by means of comparative analysis,quantitative and qualitative method,and the development of patent in international and domestic is known,and the construction and analysis basis of the fourth evaluation system and the result analysis of chapter V are provided.Secondly,based on the previous research of the system construction,the paper puts forward the logistics transportation patent and the index system of the technical innovation ability.By the factor analysis,the comprehensive ranking of the two evaluation systems isanalyzed,and the ranking situation is compared and the regression analysis is discussed.It is confirmed that there is a correlation between the two.Finally,through the empirical analysis,the three factors of the logistics transportation patent are analyzed,the influence of the three factors of the logistics transportation patent on the technological innovation of the logistics transportation is explored,and the case is verified.The research shows that the logistics transportation patent,the patent quality of the logistics transportation and the patent value have a significant correlation with the technology innovation of the logistics transportation,and there is no significant correlation between the quantity of the logistics and the transportation.according to the significance characteristic and the analysis result of the present situation of the development of the logistics transportation patent,a comprehensive analysis is made on the impact relation,and the optimization suggestions such as planning the development direction of the logistics transportation industry,improving the logistics transportation technology and the like are finally put forward,So as to promote the innovation ability of the logistics transportation technology to a higher level.
