Study On The Coupling Relationship Between The Land Input-output Efficiency And Urbanization Quality In Jilin Province

With the rapid advancement of urbanization,land is occupied in large numbers,and the contradiction between supply and demand of land in Chinese cities has become increasingly prominent.Because some cities blindly pursue the urbanization rate and economic development level,seldom examine the extensive use of land and the illegal occupation of land,which seriously hampers the urbanization process and the overall improvement of urban sustainable development.Jilin Province is located in the geographical center of Northeast Asia and plays an important role in the international cooperation and development of Tumen River.It also assumes responsibility for national food security and industrial development in China and occupies an important strategic position.Taking Jilin Province as an example,the study reveals the relationship between land use and urbanization development,resolves the contradiction between land use and urbanization as soon as possible,and proposes that the future of Jilin Province's land input and output efficiency and urbanization quality are coupled and coordinated to optimize the development path for the country.The rejuvenation of the new round of old industrial bases such as the northeast region,the sustainable economic and social development of Jilin Province,the promotion of new urbanization and the realization of sustainable land use are of great significance.The study takes 60 cities and counties in Jilin Province as the evaluation unit,takes urban economy as the input factor and land output as the output factor,constructs the evaluation system of land input and output efficiency in Jilin Province,and constructs towns from four aspects of population,economy,society and environment.The quality evaluation index system uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)and principal component analysis to measure the input and output efficiency and urbanization quality of Jilin Province in 2006,2009,2012 and 2015 respectively,and analyzes the land input and output efficiency and urbanization in Jilin Province.Based on the evolution characteristics of quality and time,based on this,an evaluation model for the coupled development of the two systems was constructed,and the coupled and coordinated development of land input and output efficiency and urbanization quality in Jilin Province was divided from the three levels of antagonism,break-in,and coordination.The results show that:(1)In 2006,2009,2012 and 2015,the input efficiency of the land in each county(city,district)reached the effective DEA of 4,7,12,and 18 respectively,and in 4 time data sections,the land input Output efficiency is DEA effective Chaoyang District of Changchun City,Longshan District of Liaoyuan City.(2)In 2006,2009,2012 and 2015,the counts of DEA in each counties(cities,districts)were reduced by 6,11,17,and 19 respectively;among them,Changyi District and Longtan District of Jilin City,in 2006 In 2012 and 2015,they all showed diminishing returns.From 2006 to 2015,counties(cities,districts)with diminishing returns to scale accounted for the proportion of Jilin Province's total population,GDP,and construction land area,which increased from 10.29%,11.34%,and 17.24% to 29.26% and 29.34 respectively.%,45.44%.(3)The urbanization quality of Jilin Province in 2006,2009,2012 and 2015 were 0.072,0.217,0.447,0.538,respectively.There were 20,29,24,and 22 counties(cities,districts)higher than the towns in the province respectively.In 2015,the total population of 22 counties(cities,districts),GDP,and construction land that accounted for the average level of urbanization in Jilin Province accounted for 44.98%,47.74%,and 60.13% of the total in Jilin Province respectively.(4)Changchun City is a high-quality urbanization site in Jilin Province.In the four time cross-sections of 2006,2009,2012 and 2015,they were higher than the lowest regions 0.97,1.537,1.714,and 1.689 respectively.This shows that the urbanization quality of our province is unbalanced.(5)From 2006 to 2015,the coupled performance of land input and output efficiency and urbanization quality in Jilin Province showed an overall upward trend.However,in 2015,29 counties(cities/districts)were still in the antagonistic phase and 19 counties(cities/districts)were in the running-in phase,indicating that the coupling and coordinated development level of land input and output efficiency and urbanization quality in Jilin Province was at a low level.
