Study On Coupling Coordination Development Between Urban Land Use Efficiency And Urbanization In Shandong Province

As the carrier of human existence,land provids natural resources for human production and living,also is the basis and guarantee of economic development.The development of urbanization has an impact on the way and structure of land use.In turn,the efficiency of land use will promote or restrict the process of urbanization.So,there is a mutual relationship between the land use efficiency and urbanization.The study of the coupling and coordination of land use efficiency and urbanization will be propitious to promote the orderly development of land use efficiency and urbanization,and have significance to promote the sustainable development of the city.This paper takes Shandong Province as the research area,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign related literature,selecting 22 indexes to construct the evaluation index system,calculating the index weight by the coefficient of variation method,then,through the comprehensive index model and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the coordinated development level of land use efficiency and urbanization in Shandong Province,and the grey relational analysis model is used to find out the relationship between them.Finally,the article predicted the coupling and coordination of land use efficiency and urbanization from 2006 to 2015 with the help of grey prediction model.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the comprehensive index model,the development level of the land use efficiency and urbanization in Shandong Province are obtained.On the whole,the index of land use efficiency and urbanization is on the rise.The relative level of development can be divided into two stages: The land use eficiency index is ahead of the urbanization between2006 to 2013,while from 2014 to 2015 the urbanization index exceeds the land use efficiency.From the land use efficiency subsystem,the comprehensive evaluation value of economic efficiency,social efficiency and ecological efficiency is rising,while the value of environmental efficiency is decreasing.The variation trend of each urbanization subsystem isincreased on the whole,but the economic and social urbanization are higher than the population and the spatial urbanization later.(2)Through the analysis of coupling coordination degree model,it can be seen that the coupling degree between urban land use efficiency and urbanization is stable from 2006 to2015,and the coupling value is in the range of 0.4-0.5,and the coupling degree is in the antagonistic stage.The degree of coordination varies between 0.1220-0.6539,and it can be roughly divided into five stages: severe maladjustment(2006),mild maladjustment(2007),borderline maladjustment(2008-2010),barely coordinated(2011-2014)and primary coordination(2015).About every cities,the coordinated development of land use efficiency and urbanization is also gradually promoted under the impetus of Jinan and Qingdao.(3)The grey correlation analysis shows that the correlation degree between the indicators of land use efficiency system and urbanization in Shandong Province is in the range of 0.4-0.8,and the correlation is obvious.The per capita area of built-up area,the green space and the retail sales of consumer goods have the greatest impact on the urbanization.The correlation degree between the indexes of urbanization system and the efficiency of land use is in the range of 0.4-0.7.In which every 100 population have public library books,the number of beds per 10 000 people and the number of buses per 10 000 people are closely related to the land use efficiency.(4)The forecast results show that,on the whole,the land use efficiency and urbanization of Shandong Province are improving,and the level of coordinated development is also increasing,but the development of urbanization is faster than that of land use.As a result,the gap between land use efficiency and urbanization became wider and wider,and the coupling degree of them decreased gradually.The study shows that the coupling and coordination of urban land use efficiency and urbanization in Shandong Province has not reached a good state in the research period and in the future.So,it is necessary to improve the land use efficiency and pay attention to the orderly development of both them.
