Study On Production Preparation Management Of Inner Mongolia UHV Project

For the national grid,the development of UHV project is the key to ensure the economic development and western development in the eastern part of China.In Inner Mongolia a positive response to the national "13th Five-Year" planning,this paper summarizes the current Inner Mongolia's first 1 million volts high voltage of a project production management mode,and from the point of view of modern project management,in-depth study of how to establish the management mode of the production for UHV Engineering an effective.Especially for Inner Mongolia UHV project production preparation management construction,how to choose suitable project management mode,how to improve project quality and how to improve project management efficiency is analyzed.This paper takes Inner Mongolia UHV project as the research object,introduces Inner Mongolia UHV project specific content,the use of project management theory and research method of the project construction process of various project management related problems,and finally put forward Inner Mongolia UHV project preparation management mode and countermeasures put forward link single project and system construction,with centralized management,specific measures to improve training and reserve talents on professional,provides a reference to further develop the production preparation program complete for the national network of Mongolia East power.
