With the development of market economy,the problems such as high cost of traditional logistics,waste of resources and unsound credit system are becoming more and more prominent,and the demand for its mode transformation is becoming more and more intense.At the same time,the rapid development of Internet technology has contributed to the emergence of a new market mode of Internet logistics platform.In recent years,our government has issued several policies to promote the development of Internet + logistics.National policies to guide and promote the strong market demand all the Internet the rapid development of the logistics platform and its related products,at present,related platforms and products has reached hundreds,cumulative investment capital market has amounted to billions.But in the process of surface of booming development,many platforms appeared that they rely on capital financing,follow the government policy blindly,development goals are unclear,operation model development strategy problem such as unclear,so that a large number of platforms are closed or closured.The Strategic development problem has become the Internet logistics platform management which is the key problem.Based on the Internet logistics platform of ZhongJi Company as the research object,this paper hopes to summarize the development strategies suitable for the survival and growth of the Internet logistics platform through further analysis and research.Loyal base company is a state-owned holding company,mainly involved in logistics,warehousing,logistics information services,general cargo,such as business,located in "urban logistics platform integration operators" and "the fourth party logistics provider".In 2014,Changchun municipal bureau of commerce,in response to the call of the state to create a pilot city for the joint distribution of cities,launched the project of urban joint distribution of Internet logistics platform,and ZhongJi Company was the only winning company.After several years of good operation platform,has accumulated a large number of users and logistics data,several leading enterprises in Jilin province and the Internet platform for cooperation,and in 2016,the internet platform is the official certification by Jilin province government "Jilin provincial joint distribution information platform".Based on the national policy guidance and demand of the market economy,to enterprise development strategic management theory and the development of the Internet logistics platform research,on the basis of scientific analysis of the loyal base company Internet platform existing problems and its reason;Using PEST to analyze the external macro environment of the platform from four aspects of politics,economy,society and technology,using porter's five forces model to analyze the external industry environment from five aspects,and the external factors were evaluated.At the same time,the internal environment of platform was analyzed,and the internal factors were evaluated.Finally,SWOT analysis is used to summarize the internal advantages,internal disadvantages,external opportunities and external threats of the platform,and then use matrix analysis to obtain the integration strategy,diversification strategy,strengthening strategy and low cost strategy.By making the strategic goal of platform,and through the comprehensive analysis and research,using the QSPM matrix method to determine the platform selected strengthening strategy as a development strategy.Finally,By drawing strategic map,strategy implementation measures of platform were formulated from aspects of human capital,information capital,organization capital,operation,customer,innovation,law and society.And identified by increasing the number of employees,strict management,strengthen the fund safeguard and strengthen the supervision mechanism of strategic safeguard measures.In this article,by reading a large number of literature and research analysis,we can ensure that the rigor is reasonable and scientific,the research process logic is clear,the argument is fully demonstrated,the Internet logistics platform and its related product development strategy research has reference significance.
